How to understand "Su Dongpo swims in Red Cliff, while Han Xin hooks under the door"?

Su Dongpo was boating in Chibi, and Han Xin was hooking up at the gate. Both of them were distressed and helpless, and they were still in their infancy.

These two poems are from the second poem "Poems in front of Sanping Ancestral Palace". ?

Both poems have allusions. The first sentence is about Su Dongpo's Xiahuangzhou, and the second sentence is about Xin's mediocre life when he was young. Obviously, at this time, both of them are at the lowest point in their lives.

Su Dongpo, whose real name is Zi Zhan, is a famous writer and painter in the Northern Song Dynasty, and one of the "Eight Masters in Tang and Song Dynasties". Su Dongpo was admitted as a scholar during the Jiayou period, and in the second year of Yuanfeng (1079), Cheng and others in the suggestion picked up Su Dongpo's poems and falsely accused him of "ridiculing current politics" and arrested him in prison. Soon, he was demoted to be the deputy envoy who should be permanently stationed in Huangzhou and placed in this state.

After Su Dongpo was demoted to Huangzhou, he was frustrated politically and his attitude towards life tended to be negative. He often goes boating with friends in Chibi to relieve his troubles. From August to October in the fifth year of Yuanfeng, Su Dongpo wrote two well-known articles, namely "Qianchibi Fu" and "Houchibi Fu".

Han Xin was one of the three founding heroes in the Western Han Dynasty. He belonged to Xiang Yu first and then to Liu Bang, who led the Han army to defeat Xiang Yu. After the establishment of the Han Dynasty, he was made King of Chu. Later, he was accused of rebellion, reduced to Huaiyin Hou, and was finally killed by Lv Hou. Before Han Xin was born, he lived a hard life and often fished by the Huai River at the gate of Huaiyin. An old woman who washed clothes pitied him and took some food relief. He accepted. An evil boy looked down on him and let him climb over his crotch, and he did the same.
