A poem about a cold rainy night

This is a poem written by Zheng Mao in the Frost Day of Dumendi in Ming Dynasty. The whole poem is as follows:

The wind and rain greeted the guests, and the sound of sobs filled the building. Why do you look at the new moon with a shutter? It was frost and cold all night.

Zheng Mao, a native of Putian, Fujian, is a scholar. Jiajing thirty-two years Jinshi. In addition to Haiyan magistrate of a county, Yu Ying made meritorious service and was appointed as Henan provincial judge by the military sub-district. There are "Zhiyuan Poetry" and "Jinghai Lue" handed down from generation to generation.
