This sentence tells the sadness of many people who go out to work.

Working outside for a year can only be used as an excuse to go home to accompany children and parents. Therefore, even if we have a holiday these days, we must persist in rushing home for the New Year. The Spring Festival is a time for family reunion, even for rural people who go out to work. "Having money and no money, going home for the New Year" is everyone's expectation.
