Rolling the dragon and connecting the chest, also known as Lianxiang and Bawangbian, is a traditional folk dance circulating in western Hunan, western Hubei and northeastern Guizhou. It has been circulating in Xuanen for about 200 years. Its movements are flexible, its tone is relaxed and lively, and its lyrics are easy to understand. Xuanen folk artist Zhou skillfully combined Lian Xiang and Luo together, singing, beating, jumping and rolling into one.
