How to understand the sentence "A rainy day will last a lifetime"?

The literal meaning of these two sentences is: a misty rain is a lifetime, and I have often walked in the wind and rain in my life. No rain or shine, no rain or shine.

These two sentences contain moral meaning, sum up the author's life experience and express an open-minded outlook on life: I have been ups and downs all my life, and bamboo shoes are lighter than horses. Who is afraid of it in this storm? No wind, no rain, no sunshine-the cold spring breeze woke me up, and the oblique sunset over there welcomed me back. There is no difference between windy and rainy days and sunny days.

Don't listen to the beating of leaves in the forest (excerpt)

Song Dynasty: Su Shi

Don't pay attention to the beating rain in the forest. Mei sings a long whistle and walks leisurely. Bamboo poles and sandals are more dexterous than riding horses. What's to be afraid of? A raincoat and hemp fiber, despite the wind and rain, still live my life.

translate

Ignore the sound of rain beating on forests and leaves. You might as well take a leisurely walk while singing and whistling. Bamboo poles and sandals are more agile than riding horses. What is there to be afraid of? No matter the wind and rain, I will live in hemp fiber all my life.
