Translation: Looking at Zhongnan in the distance, the North Mountain is beautiful, covered with white snow, like floating clouds. It was clearing up after the snow, and the afterglow of the setting sun shone among the treetops. In the evening, the city of Chang'an became a bit colder.

Translation: It is said that auspicious snow heralds a good harvest. What will happen in the good harvest? There are poor people in Chang'an City, so I think there shouldn't be too much auspicious snow.
5. "Heavy Snow"

The north wind blows snow at the beginning of the fourth watch, Jiarui Tianjiao and the new year.

Translation: When the fourth watch arrives at the beginning of the day, the north wind brings a heavy snow; this auspicious snow given to us by God arrives just on New Year's Eve, which indicates a good harvest in the coming year.
