Bing Xin's masterpiece Stars

Bing Xin wrote Stars under the influence of the Indian poet Tagore's Birds. Bing Xin once told me that she wrote stars in the form of birds and collected her own "fragmentary thoughts" through things like "small feelings".

The Star reflects the poet's memories of childhood and his hard exploration of the true meaning of life. Through the following short poems, we can further feel:

Stars (2)

Childhood!

This is a fact in the dream,

This is a real dream,

Think of it with a tearful smile.

Stars (March 5)

Thousands of angels,

Get up and sing praises to the children;

Kid!

In his little body,

With a great soul.

Stars (May 5)

The flower of success,

People only admire her talent now!

However, when her bud.

Soaked with tears of struggle,

The blood rain of sacrifice is scattered everywhere.
