The origin and expression of "living elsewhere"

The first one is a sentence written by the poet Rambo. The French poet Rambo's "live elsewhere" is a resounding slogan, which is a dream that a brilliant French poet struggled for all his life in the19th century. "Living elsewhere" is a beautiful and energetic sentence in itself. Rambo took it as a poem, and Milan Kundera took it as the title of the novel.

I think living in a different place means that people sometimes feel like leaving, don't want to live in one place, or don't want to live in one situation and hope to live another life.
