Translation:
Torrential rain fell on the land of Youyan. Facing the waves of the sea, the fishing boat to Qinhuangdao was out of sight in the vast Wang Yang, and I don't know where it drifted.
Looking back, it has been a thousand years. At that time, Cao Cao, Emperor Wu of Wei, jumped onto his horse and waved a whip. He traveled east to Jieshi and wrote poems. The autumn wind is rustling, and the world is completely new.
Precautions:
(1) Youzhou: Guyouzhou and Yan State, located in the north and northeast of Hebei Province;

(3) Wei Wu waved his whip, leaving a legacy to Jieshi in the East: In the 12th year of Jian 'an (AD 207), Cao Cao went north to explore Wuhuan and crossed Jieshi Mountain. Jieshi Mountain is outside Beidaihe, near Bohai Sea. It was still on land in the Han Dynasty and sank into the Bohai Sea in the Six Dynasties.
