What is the translation of Langtaosha Beidaihe?

Langtaosha, Beidaihe and Mao Zedong (1summer of 954):

Original text:

Rain falls on swallows,

White waves are surging,

Fishing boats outside Qinhuangdao.

Without Wang Yang,

Who do you know?

More than a thousand years ago,

Wei Wu whipped,

There is a legacy of Jieshi in the East.

Today is the bleak autumn wind again.

Changed the world.

Translation:

Torrential rain fell on the land of Youyan. Facing the waves of the sea, the fishing boat to Qinhuangdao was out of sight in the vast Wang Yang, and I don't know where it drifted.

Looking back, it has been a thousand years. At that time, Cao Cao, Emperor Wu of Wei, jumped onto his horse and waved a whip. He traveled east to Jieshi and wrote poems. The autumn wind is rustling, and the world is completely new.

Precautions:

(1) Youzhou: Guyouzhou and Yan State, located in the north and northeast of Hebei Province;

(2) Nothing: (a fishing boat) can't see;

(3) Wei Wu waved his whip, leaving a legacy to Jieshi in the East: In the 12th year of Jian 'an (AD 207), Cao Cao went north to explore Wuhuan and crossed Jieshi Mountain. Jieshi Mountain is outside Beidaihe, near Bohai Sea. It was still on land in the Han Dynasty and sank into the Bohai Sea in the Six Dynasties. Cao Cao climbed Jieshi Mountain and inherited the poem "Walking out of Xiamen". The second song: "Jieshi looks at the sea in the east ..."

(4) bleak autumn wind: Cao Cao's "Out of Xiamen": "The autumn wind is bleak, and Hongbo surges."

(5) State of the world: refers to the times and social outlook.
