When brewing "Yuanbao Tea", you should first put the black tea into the prepared "Sancai Cup". When throwing tea, we use the guide tea ware to slowly put the black tea in the tea lotus into the teacup, and the delicate black tea falls down one after another, just like "Spring City is full of flowers".
The hanging pot rushes into the cup and injects boiling water, which is called "February rain in Jiangnan". After boiling water, you can use chopsticks or tea tongs to put the green olives into the cups respectively. Teacups are like nests, olives are like swallows, and there are two olives in each cup, so it is called "flying swallow mud". The top of the green olive is big in the middle, which is also called "Dafu (belly) fruit" by the people. Put two capsules in each cup, which means double happiness. Olive green is a metaphor for evergreen life. Tea soup is red, which means that the days are red. This cup of Yuanbao tea combines the deep affection of the host and the traditional blessing of our Chinese nation.
Offering "Yuanbao Tea" to guests is not only a cup of tea, but also a blessing from the host. I wish the guests get rich every year, so it is called "sending treasures to their families every year".
