order
There is no article explaining this poem on the Internet, and it is difficult for Lv You to find his story and the time of birth and death.
Laojie tries to understand, but it may not be accurate. Welcome poets to correct me. Let me start with the title of the poem Ji You Yuan Ri.
1 month 1 day, the first day of the first month. On the first day of the first month of Ji Younian, Lu You wrote a seven-character poem to express his ambition.
So what year is this year?
After inquiry, there were five years in the Ming Dynasty, so I won't list them here.
The second sentence of this poem shows that the time of writing the poem is the second year of the emperor's accession to the throne. Therefore, it can be judged that this emperor is Zhu Youtang, Emperor Xiaozong of Ming Dynasty, and the year after he ascended the throne, that is, the second year of Hongzhi (A.D. 1489), happened to be his own year.
Ji Youyuan Day is the first day of the first month of 1489.
1, the first link: three years in the county, studying, two years in the dragonfly.
The first couplet indicates the time, the parallel couplet praises the state affairs, and the neck is bright. This is also a gesture that William excused his officials. I didn't make enough contribution to the court. I don't want to retire and resign.
Starting with the first couplet, the first couplet is: studying Zheng Chun in counties.
Zheng Chun, from Three Years of Huan Gong in the Spring and Autumn Period: the first month of spring. "County and township" generally refers to local administrative regions. The first sentence means that I have watched Spring Moon three times outside the capital, that is, I have been an official at the local level for three years.
Part two: Dai, a two-year-old dragonfly.
"Ganyi" wrote: "The flying dragon is in the sky. It's good to see adults." The dragon is often the symbol of the emperor, and the "dragonfly" indicates the emperor's rise or accession to the throne.
The new emperor has been in power for two years, and I feel that he is a wise monarch.
As mentioned above, this emperor is Zhu Youtang, the ninth emperor of the Ming Dynasty. 1487, Zhu Youtang acceded to the throne, 1489, when Lu You wrote this poem, it happened to be two years.
2. Couplets: Red clouds in the Arctic are fragrant and warm, and the east wind, golden water and willow are thin.
The first couplet of the seven laws does not have to be antithetical couplet, but the parallel couplet and the neck couplet must be antithetical couplet. However, in this poem, the first three parts are all opposite.
Ok, come back and continue to say couplets.
The North Pole refers to the imperial court. Du Fu's poem "Climbing the Building" said: If the Arctic court does not change, bandits dare not go to the West Mountain.
The general idea of these two poems is that the new emperor ascended the throne for two years, and the court was auspicious: the red clouds were fragrant and warm; And the scenery is good: Dongfeng, Jinshui and Yangliu are all good.
Zhuan Xu means a clean government, which is a euphemism for the new emperor's ruling ability.
In September of the 23rd year of Chenghua (1487), Zhu Youtang ascended the throne. According to historical records, he is generous and kind, diligent in political affairs, and makes great efforts to govern, which is called "Hongzhi Zhongxing" in history.
3, neckline: rivers and lakes are lying, and Li Le asks the second student.
Old people.
Two books refer to people who are familiar with the classics of rites and music and do not go with the flow. From Historical Records Liu He Biography:
It was my uncle who recruited more than 30 students from Lu. Two students in Lu refused, saying, "The top ten masters admire their relatives who work for the public. I can't bear to work for the public. CCBA is out of date, I can't. Listing will not pollute me. " Tong said with a smile, "If you really despise Confucianism, you don't know how times have changed."
I am far away from Jianghu (being a local official outside Beijing: studying in Zheng Chun in the county), and I am already an old man. But I'm still trying to be a "vulgar Confucian" who "delights in rites and music".
Just to show his ambition and be a stubborn and unconventional old man who has contributed to the court and the people.
4. Weiwei: I have never returned to my hometown because of my lovelorn love.
"trickle" means tiny.
Because the state affairs are so clear, I haven't done my bit yet, so I haven't resigned and returned to China.
The "trickle" here can be compared with Du Fu's "ambition":
Snow, which has been stationed in Xishan for three years, flashed across a long bridge in the waters of this South Lake. After years of war in China, several brothers have been unable to hear from each other; It's a long way from each other, and I'm the only one, right?
In an era when I have no hope but old illness, there is no sacred court. I travel by horse alone, and my horizons are often wide. The world economy is in recession, which is unimaginable.
My home, my house, means my home; Yuan you, Yuan is the original, Yuan you is the original. I don't covet the salary and benefits of being an official. In fact, like Tao Yuanming, there are still some poor fields at home to support themselves.
Thin fields, barren land, maybe there are tall buildings and fertile fields in his home, but in his poems, he said modestly that we are lonely thin fields.
Concluding remarks
During the Wanli period, the cabinet records of Zhu Guozhen once commented on Zhu Youtang:
Under three generations, the sages were Emperor Wendi, Song Renzong and Emperor Xiaozong of Ming Dynasty.
It can be seen that it is fair for Lu You to praise his "sage".
In fact, this poem by Lu You speaks my mind and answers a hidden question: Why don't I resign and retire?
Meng Haoran has a poem: I am ashamed to be more idle than you politicians. During the reign of Ming Sheng, it was a shameful thing for a scholar not to live for the monarch, that is, Lu You meant "I am too sad to come back".
