? Sending firewood: enthusiasm and warmth
? In ancient times, people couldn't live without firewood, which was used for cooking, heating and lighting ... Imagine that in an ancient clan, a grand festival banquet was being held, and clan members were singing and dancing by the raging bonfire, illuminating everyone's face and warming everyone's chest. Imagine that in a quiet village, when the sun goes down, men who go out to work are on their way home. The oldest child in the family was busy adding firewood to the stove. While frying the dishes in the pot, the hostess shouted to another child, "Second child, set the dishes quickly, your father will be back soon." Smoke rises from the kitchen, sending warmth to everyone in the village.
? Every time I come to preach in agricultural and pastoral areas, I can't help but imagine the above scenes, so I tell myself that preaching to farmers and herdsmen should first be full of enthusiasm and warmth. At present, it is in the cold winter, and the average temperature is below MINUS 10 degrees. Many friends of farmers and herdsmen wear thick cotton-padded clothes (women also wear beautiful and fashionable down jackets, which shows that people's lives are getting better and better). They made a special trip to the study activity room of the village Committee to listen to our preaching. From their expectant eyes, a feeling gradually rises in our hearts, that is, to make farmers and herdsmen feel a sense of mission and be glad that you have come. Therefore, cordial greetings, warm hugs, warm voices and casual smiling eyes are the first gifts that our preacher will bring to the vast number of farmers and herdsmen who come to study.
? Meal delivery: nutritious and practical
? As the staple food on the dining table, rice is one of the most common and universal foods for China people who advocate "food is the most important thing for the people". Of course, compared with rice, people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang prefer pasta, but rice here refers to the staple food, so it can also be regarded as various foods to fill the stomach. Although ordinary people no longer have to worry about filling their stomachs and the problem of not having enough to eat has been solved, no one can avoid the topic of eating. Therefore, in the face of preaching by the general public, it is actually bringing valuable and practical content to the public.
? Oil transportation: lubrication and refreshing.
? People can't cook without oil. Now with the gradual improvement of living conditions, the varieties of oil are becoming more and more diversified. Rapeseed oil, sunflower oil, soybean oil, peanut oil, corn oil, etc. all appear on the table of the people. The propaganda for the grassroots is to send all kinds of lubricating and refreshing edible oil to the people. On the one hand, the content required to be preached can neither be monotonous nor flashy, but only be said in the hearts of the people; On the other hand, the preacher is required not to be arrogant and aggressive, but to establish a sincere relationship with the masses and give full play to the lubricating role of oil.
? Send salt: taste it right away.
? Salt can make our food taste. If there is no salt on the table, I'm afraid we won't be able to taste all kinds of delicious food. However, there is a certain degree of salt in food, too much or too little is not good, and in today's society that emphasizes both taste and health, ordinary people usually deliberately eat less salt. Preaching and teaching is like sending salt. First of all, we should choose appropriate cases and stories to explain a truth. The choice of cases and stories is like putting salt in it. Too little will be boring, too much will be boring. At the same time, we should consider how to make ordinary people eat healthily, or try to focus on less but better. Second, we should adopt appropriate methods, such as singing, dancing, playing Allegro, saying common sayings and reading limerick. However, the need to use these forms is determined from the perspective of publicity, otherwise it will fall into a noisy and boring situation.
? Send sauce: bright and colorful
? Sauce is soy sauce. Although soy sauce is not a must-have item on people's table, and some people even hate it, the reason why soy sauce can become one of the seven things to open the door should be because it can not only add color, but also improve taste. Isn't it just like adding soy sauce to vegetables to make the grassroots feel refreshed? In this presentation, the five of us have a presentation group. From the age structure, there are older, middle-aged and younger, ranging from 60 to 20 years old. Professionally, there are retired party member cadres, unit leaders, people's teachers, lawyers and enterprise employees. So every time the host introduces our lecturer at the beginning, he can see the eyes of surprise and expectation.
? Of course, age and occupation are external factors, and whether it can play the role of refined soy sauce depends on the preacher's preaching. Therefore, grassroots propaganda should break the cliche pattern, tell what the masses like and are interested in, and even occasionally bring some surprises to everyone. I remember once speaking in Chen Tai Village, Qin Cheng Town, in order to make the minority people understand the importance of learning Mandarin, I improvised a few words of Hunan dialect, and applause broke out suddenly in the venue, which should be unexpected.
? Sending vinegar: multi-function and multi-effect
Vinegar is one of the condiments on the table of ordinary people. When vinegar is suddenly added to the dish, it tastes different. Vinegar can be used with a variety of foods, sweet and sour with sweets, hot and sour with peppers. Grass-roots preaching is like vinegar on people's table, which can be matched with all kinds of food, that is to say, with all kinds of preaching occasions and objects. In remote pastoral areas, we should use languages and cases close to the life of herders. In rural areas with better economic development, we should use the new era to show the courage and high morale of farmers. In community sermons, we should talk to residents about short topics among parents. In short, we should make our presentation exert the greatest effect.
? Send tea: sweet and high quality.
Tea has always been a favorite drink of China people, because its taste is intriguing. Make a pot of tea, look at the blossoming tea in hot water, and then smell the fragrance. This is also one of the reasons why people who love and taste tea love tea. If the propaganda at the grass-roots level can also make the people taste slowly like drinking tea until they feel the sweetness of tea for a long time, such propaganda will really enter the heart. This requires that our preaching should be not only lively and warm, but also rich in connotation and depth.
