This is a widely circulated poem, which has been quoted many times in literary works, even in Qiong Yao's novels. And there have been many versions, so it is difficult to verify which is the original.
However, from the source that can be found, according to the time sequence of appearance, it should be the earliest Pipa written by Gao Ming in Yuan Dynasty. There is a post on the Internet that the earliest source is the Romance of the Gods, but the Romance of the Gods was written during the Apocalypse of the Ming Dynasty, while Pipa was written at the end of the Yuan Dynasty, so Pipa is the earliest, unless it is found earlier than Pipa. But I can only find half a sentence earlier, in the Tang Dynasty? In his poems, there is a saying that "the heart will hold the bright moon and flow into your arms", which can't be counted.
