In the east of Tianhe, there is a weaver girl and the daughter of the Emperor of Heaven, who works hard on the loom every year to weave a brocade dress. God pitied him for being alone and promised to marry a cowherd in Hexi. After marriage, he gave up knitting. The Emperor of Heaven was furious and ordered him to return to Hedong for an annual meeting.
On the seventh day of autumn, magpie's head was embarrassed for no reason. According to legend, the Sun, the Drum and the Weaver Girl will meet in Han Dong, and the black magpie will pass through as a beam, so all the hair has been taken off.
Translation:
To the east of Tianhe lived the daughter of the Emperor of Heaven, the Weaver Girl. She works on the loom every year and weaves gorgeous clothes. She has no time to dress herself up. God pitied her for living alone and allowed her to marry the cowherd on the west side of Tianhe. After the Weaver Girl got married, she neglected the textile work. The Emperor was furious and ordered her to return to the east of Tianhe, allowing them to meet only once a year.
On the seventh day of autumn every year, we always see the black magpie's head suddenly bald. According to legend, the Cowherd and the Weaver Girl met on the east bank of the Milky Way on this day, and the black magpie was used as a bridge to walk over their heads, so the hair on the black magpie's head was trampled bald.
