Take a trip to Haval H2, a distinctive tower-Guanghui Temple Huata.

When you go to Nanchengmen, you will naturally see a very distinctive pagoda, the Huahua Pagoda of Guanghui Temple, also known as "Duota". The temple was built in Zhenyuan period of Tang Dynasty (785 ~ 804), but the tower was built in Jin Dynasty, which is the most unique and richly decorated tower among the brick towers in China. ? According to documents, the tower was rebuilt many times in Tang Dynasty, Jin Dading and Ming and Qing Dynasties. In the past, scholars thought that the pagoda with this structure was not found in the Tang pagoda, but was built when the temple was rebuilt in the Jin Dynasty. However, judging from the whole structure and remains, except that the top of the tower was rebuilt in Jinyuan, although the 1 ~ 3 floor was restored by later generations, the basic components and modeling methods should be the remains of the early years of Zhenguan in Tang Dynasty. According to records, during the Ming and Qing Dynasties, Guanghui Temple was full of incense. Emperor Qianlong went to the temple many times to burn incense and worship the Buddha, climbed the tower to see the scenery, and inscribed a plaque saying, "Miaoguangjiao." Today, only Huata stands, but the temple has long since disappeared.

Xiao er, come first. Let's make a card together.

The parking lot is very big

Take a photo together to prove that I was here. ...

The tower in the distance is Chengling Tower, right? Linji Temple is full of incense, and Buddhist laymen often practice here.

There are two temples so close, which shows the prosperity of Buddhism at that time.

There is also a mosque in the east, which is a harmonious scene.

The parking lots in Zhengding are all free, which is worthy of praise. Must be praised. The candied haws are delicious.

The temple gate is free to visit, but unfortunately there is only one tower, and other meditation halls have long since disappeared.

I have to admire the exquisite craftsmanship of the ancients.

During the Ming and Qing Dynasties, the incense of Guanghui Temple flourished. Emperor Qianlong went to the temple many times to burn incense and worship Buddha, and visited the pagoda. The inscription said, "Miaoguangjiao." Today, only Huata stands, but the temple has long since disappeared.

brief introduction

Exquisite carving of Huata

The pagoda is 40.5 meters high and is a three-story octagonal pagoda. The first floor of the tower is octagonal, and the hexagonal single-story tower is attached to the four corners to form a pavilion-style suite; There are circular arches on the front of the tower and the front of the small tower, and brick arches under the eaves. The plane of the second floor is regular octagon, with a door on each side and a lattice false window next to the door; There are vertical frames and lattice false windows on the other four sides; The arch supports the eaves of the tower. The tower on the third floor began to shrink, only one door was opened on the front, and the other three sides were fake doors. Above the third floor is a conical tower decorated with Buddha statues and various animal images, which are densely arranged, patchwork and varied. Then there are octagonal eaves and towers.

Go around the tower three times and pray for more blessings.

I have been to that tower several times, but I haven't. It seems that I won't let go now.
