Make them happy instead of miserable, make them happy instead of angry.

Win without fighting, soldiers will not invade, and communicate with ghosts and gods. -"Liu Tao"

Defeating the enemy without fighting can win a great victory, but when facing the enemy, the whole army can be intact. It's called fighting like a god.

Those who use rewards are trustworthy, and those who use punishment are bound to be trustworthy. -Liu Tao

However, if you are rewarded, you must keep your promise and honor it; Punishment depends on firm execution.

A man must be rich, but if he is not rich, he will not be kind.
