Twenty years ago, I lived in Nanyang for four years. Once, several high school classmates and I swam happily in the arms of Baihe after finishing the long-distance running on the riverside avenue in the Mid-Autumn Festival. When I was in college, my first girlfriend and I stopped by the river many times, indulging in the beautiful scenery of Baihe. At that time, Baihe was in the primary stage of development, and of course it was not as beautiful as Baihe now. In a word, the crane bears many young memories and youthful dreams. After working as an adult, I have been to Nanyang and Baihe many times, but almost every time I come and go in a hurry, and I have not carefully considered the increasingly beautiful scenery of Baihe. Tonight, as a free and easy person, I can finally make a special trip to visit Baihe with my great friends.
When we boarded the dam, the beautiful and wide white river appeared in front of us, and in front of us was a rippling and green river; Under the starry lights of gold, green and indigo, the Baihe River seems to be shrouded in a cloud of light and fog, covering everything around the river, which makes people trance and come to Yaochi Wonderland. In the distance are the colorful and brightly lit Gan Yang Bridge and Wolong Bridge. Colorful street lamps on both sides of the Baihe River glow every second, and there are countless colorful lanterns, which are fascinating. Against the bright lights on the ground, the light of the stars and the moon dotted in the night sky is so dim that it can be ignored. The sparkling river reflects the shadow of light, as if the river is full of pearls, agates and diamonds, and like a rolling colorful dragon. The night gives off the astigmatism of neon lights, which turns out to be a noisy and hazy haze. Through this haze, there are ripples in the dark water waves. In this thin mist and tiny ripples, the leisurely songs and noises of distant citizens came intermittently. This scene seems to only appear in dreams, but unfortunately there are too many secular dreams at ordinary times, which makes me unable to fully appreciate the beauty of the contrast between vividness and quietness. The two little girls cheered, excited and fascinated by the beautiful scenery that Baihe had never seen before. My wife and I finally saw the scene where the lights reflected on the water and the yacht Ling Bo. We took many wonderful night scenes along the river bank. Many people came to the riverside for a night outing that night, as if they wanted to take advantage of the beautiful night scenery of Baihe River to eliminate the pain of a hard day. Someone is fishing by the river with a glowing hook; There is also an aunt who manages yachts to drum up business. Not many people take yachts at night. At the pleading of the children, the four of us went to the middle of the river by boat and enjoyed the Baihe customs. Aunt warned us that we can browse for an hour, try not to cross the bridge or go to the opposite place too close to the river bank. It is dangerous if there are aquatic plants wrapped around the propeller.
In the night, the white river is blue and turbid, as if floating with a thick but not greasy layer of coagulated fat, and like wearing a colorful coat sprinkled with gold. The evening breeze brings refreshing bursts of coolness, driving the summer heat during the day to the outside of the cloud nine. We are boating on the blue waves, and the rippling soft waves are so quiet and euphemistic that we have a feeling of floating on the water, and at the same time we are intoxicated in the dream. The dark water is like a dream, and the halo spots flashing on the water are the eyes of the dream. The ships moored in the harbor are gradually leaving us. We sat in the cabin, riding high against the wind, looking around, there were sparkling waves and tourists rowing like us. In the distance, endless crowds and lantern-like vehicles shuttle on the roads and bridges on the shore. There is an artificial island on the south bank. At first glance, you can't see the landscape on the island clearly, just like watching flowers in the fog. Dense forest, faint moon, lined with blue sky, like a scene of wild crossing on the river; River bank, gloomy, hidden in boundless darkness and confusion. On the way, I heard intermittent songs, some floating along the river from the market and some coming from yachts. When the autumn wind and waves sway to our ears, they are mixed with the breeze and the murmur of the river, and together with our mood, they float and sink in this beautiful white river night.
The novelty children and I took turns steering the wheel, and soon we were near Gan Yang Bridge. This is a beautiful and strange bridge. The bridge is supported by six V-shaped piers and five wide arches, and extends to the deck. This five-rainbow span structure not only saves building materials, but also facilitates the passage of ships below, and also reduces the water resistance, which not only strengthens the bridge body, but also makes the bridge posture more beautiful. It looks like five dazzling rainbows from a distance. I know this bridge has a history of 27 years, and there are countless vehicles and pedestrians coming and going from it every day. After 27 years of wind and rain, it is still intact, which makes people worry too much about the beauty of modern engineering and the creativity of engineers. This bridge connects the urban areas on both sides of the Baihe River and is one of the landmark bridges in Nanyang City. Around the bridge is the Baihe tourist area, where lights are brightly lit all year round and songs are played all night. After more than 20 years, revisiting the old place seems to really feel the true face and infinite charm of Baihe today.
This is the bustling and intoxicating White River, with melodious music and a gentle breeze. Being in the clear Shui Ying smells like white river drinking sake. The rich and faint night we feel-this is the night of Baihe River, which is real, but it feels a little unreal.
At nine o'clock, the night is already deep. After getting off the boat, we comforted the coolness of the river and the breeze on the river, and felt that the wonderful time of the night tour of Baihe was so short and unfinished. The children clamored for a little more play, and my wife and I felt lost and even more powerless. It's a pity that we can't take away this wonderful time. Looking back at the misty river, we have great attachment, but we can only set foot on our way home and look forward to the next trip to Baihe in our hearts.
