The pinyin version of the ancient poem Cui Daorong on Plum Blossom is as follows:
méi huā táng dài: cuī dào róng
Plum Blossom in Tang Dynasty: Cui Daorong
shù è chū hán xuě, gū biāo huà běn nán.
The calyx contains snow for the first time, so it is difficult to mark the painting alone.
xiāng zhōng bié yǒu yùn, qīng jí bù zhī hán.
There is a unique charm in the fragrance, and it is extremely clear and does not know the cold.
héng dí?hè?chóu tīng, xié zhī yǐ bìng kàn.
Listen to the flute and worry about it, lean on the leaning branch to look at the disease.
Shuò fēng rú jiě yì, róng yì mò cuī cán.
Shuo Feng is like a man who understands the meaning, and it is easy to destroy.
Translation: The plum blossoms are in bloom for the first time, and there is still white snow in the calyx; the plum blossoms are beautiful and aloof, and even if they want to be painted, they will worry about the difficulty of painting them vividly. There is a unique charm in the fragrance of flowers, and they are so elegant that they don’t even know the coldness of winter. Listening to the flute music of "Plum Blossoms Fall" with sadness, the branches are scattered sideways, as if they are worried or sick. If Bei Feng could understand Mei Hua's feelings, please stop torturing her.
