The banks of Qutang Gorge are cut, the rock wall is towering, and the great river is surging in the precipice. Since ancient times, it has been called "Dangerous Sword Pavilion, Brave Sword Pavilion".
There are many places of interest in Qutang Gorge, which are concentrated and convenient for tourists. There are Fengjie Ancient City, Eight Arrays and Fish Pagoda in the upper reaches of the canyon. On the top of the mountain on the north bank of the canyon, there are many cultural relics, such as Bai Di City, the breathtaking ancient plank road and the mysterious Fengxiang Gorge. The site of Du Fu Caotang, which is only a few kilometers away from Baidicheng, is a place where poets linger.
Wuxia, with a total length of 46 kilometers, starts from Daning River in the east of Wushan County and ends at Guandukou in Badong County. It is called the Grand Canyon. Wuxia Gorge is beautiful and deep, and is famous for its beauty. Its gorge is long and deep, with abrupt peaks, overlapping mountains, foggy Yun Teng and winding rivers. In the process of taking a boat, it was like entering a wonderful gallery, full of poetry and painting. "Feng Wan is a mighty river, and Jingxiang is magnificent" is its true portrayal. On both sides of the Xiajiang River, there are green mountains and green waters, and the peaks are like screens. The boats sail in the gorge, and sometimes the mountains are across and the stones are unobstructed; Suddenly, the peak turns again, and the clouds are different, just like a tortuous gallery. The peaks on both sides of Wuxia Gorge have their own characteristics. There is a poem that says: The Wuxia Gorge of the Three Gorges in Badong is long, and the ape cries three times and tears are streaming down her face.
Xiling Gorge starts from Xiangxikou in the west of Zigui County, Hubei Province, and ends at Nanjinguan in Yichang City, Hubei Province. It is famous for its winding waterways, many strange rocks, many beaches and thrilling boating. After the founding of the People's Republic of China, after years of regulation, the Gezhouba water conservancy project was completed, and the water potential has tended to be gentle, but the beauty remains.
