"Original"
Hua Lin thanked Chunhong and left in a hurry. Helpless, cold rain comes early and wind comes late.
Cochineal tears, stay drunk, when heavy. Naturally, people hate water when they grow up.
"translation"
The safflower in the forest has withered, and the flowers are blooming and falling. I'm really in a hurry to leave. Also very helpless. How can flowers endure the cold and rain day and night?
Red flowers falling everywhere are wet by rain, like rouge on the cheeks of a tearful beauty. Flowers and people who love flowers are congenial. When can we meet again? There are always too many resentments in life, just like the river that died in the east, which never stops and never ends.

"Create background"
This word is believed to have been written by Li Yu after he was captured in 975 (the eighth year of Kaibao in North Song Taizu). When the Southern Tang Dynasty perished, Li Yu was captured and moved north, and stayed in Bianjing (now Kaifeng, Henan) for more than two years. The life of the condemned man made him feel great pain. In his letter to the people in Jinling (now Nanjing, Jiangsu), he said, "In the daytime, I only have Lacrimosa" (Record of Wang Luomo). This word was written by the author when he was imprisoned.
Appreciation of whole poem
This is an elegy of life, an elegy of life. It laments the shortness of life and the pain of life.
The first two sentences of the word give people a strong stimulus: the colorful scene in the Woods is suddenly eclipsed; All this has become so sudden and rapid that people have to lament the poet's hasty disappearance.
The next two sentences not only explain why they disappeared in a hurry, but also tell readers that even when the forest flowers have not faded from spring, they are still suffering from the cold rain in the morning and the cold wind at night, and beauty is accompanied by pain. The fading of spring red is the result of beauty being tortured and exhausted. The poet's account of all this is not objective, but full of sadness. The word "helplessness" fully explains his mood.
Facing the bleak present, the poet recalls the moment when spring has not passed away: after the baptism of cold rain in the morning, the beads of rain on the petals are like tears dripping on rouge, which is intoxicating; When can I see them again?
In Li Yu's view, the beauty pursued by life and intoxicated by life is actually just sadness, just like rouge mixed with tears, but even such sad beauty is fleeting, leaving only infinite sadness. So, where is the comfort of life? What is the true meaning of life?
This can naturally be said to be a denial of the value of life, but its starting point is the persistence of life. If you don't persist and everything goes well, you won't have that kind of pain. And this denial based on persistence is also a new exploration. Therefore, when people read this word, of course, they will have a deep pain in life, but at the same time, they will also trigger infinite love in spring.
