Anyone who is a little familiar with the history of China knows that they are called "corrupt Tang and rotten Han". Obviously, in the process of pursuing a happy life, these two dynasties were generous, often able to accommodate immigrants and jointly shape their own lives.
As we all know, during the Zhao and Song Dynasties, Zhao Kuangyin's internal injuries had acquired the characteristics of scholars in his field of vision. At that time, the imperial court deliberately weakened the military strength of various places. Therefore, the most exquisite are poetry, music, chess, calligraphy and painting. Even Song Like Hui Zong, a master of calligraphy and painting, is closely related to the famous singer Li Shishi.
By the Ming Dynasty, all kinds of rules began to bind people from all walks of life. Presumably, the etiquette in Ming and Qing dynasties is heavy and the rules are complicated. For a special identity like "Badashanren", thinking about a free life has long been a funny "dream talk".
In ancient China, people attached great importance to courtesy and honesty. Unfortunately, there is one kind of woman who goes beyond this strict restriction, and that is Buddhism. As the saying goes, she is nothing more than a "female nun".
When the Western Han Dynasty was just established, in order to increase the population, Emperor Hui of Han Dynasty once ordered to levy a single tax on "older" women: "Five women aged over 15 to 30 are unmarried."
In other words, a girl over 15 years old will pay five times the tax if she doesn't get married in time. Such a high expenditure is absolutely unbearable for ordinary families. Therefore, she can only hurry to marry her daughter home. (Bottom: A portrait of a nun in the Ming Dynasty. )
During the Yongle period of the Ming Dynasty, a scholar who studied hard went to Beijing to catch the exam, but was robbed into the temple by a group of nuns.
A few months later, the dashing young man was all skin and bones. Needless to say, those young nuns must have forced the scholar to do something against his will. In this regard, the official strict order: women under 59 can not be nuns. Obviously, the government expects nuns to "support the elderly".
In fact, people who became Nepalese in the Ming Dynasty no longer abide by the laws and regulations of the imperial court. In some temples in Beijing, the number of women who shave their hair without authorization is increasing, and local officials can do nothing about it.
Why do so many women expect hair loss?
According to historical records, these women "have reason to be at odds with their six relatives, abandon their parents' backs, rely on their husbands and men, and blatantly cut their hair for Nepal." "Basically, some people are hurt by feelings. Every season or the first day of every month, they preach this proverb in the temple, "Recruit talents, move thousands of people and get together at night." "
During the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty, a minister, Zhou Ru, visited Suzhou and was surprised to find that many local officials could do nothing about the fact that many nuns lived in houses.
Unexpectedly, Zhou Ru proposed a solution. He thinks that people who don't obey etiquette will sell those widowers at the price of pork. The so-called "widower" refers to a man whose wife died.
Zhou Ru ordered: "to test its fertility" and "to sell a catty of pork to the widower."
In other words, these unruly nuns will sell them to the poor "old bachelors" at the local pork price.
