Thousands of trees bloom at night in the East. It blows down and the stars are like rain. BMW carved cars are full of incense. Phoenix flute moves, jade pot turns, fish dragon dances all night. ?
Moth, snow, willow, golden thread. The laughter faded away. Look for him in the crowd. Suddenly looking back, the man was there, dimly lit.
Translation:
Just as the spring breeze blows away thousands of trees and silver flowers, it falls like a starry rain all over the sky. The floats pulled by BMW are all strange smells, and the people who come to see the lights are rich. Melodious flutes echoed everywhere, the bright moon gradually tilted to the west, and the fish and dragons lanterns danced happily, and they were not sleepy all night.
Women are dressed as jade and flowers, and moths and snow willows have been stuck in their heads, laughing and walking all the way. I looked for her anxiously, but I couldn't find her in the crowd a thousand times. Suddenly I turned around and inadvertently found her in a place with sparse lights.

There have been various explanations for the identity of "that man" that the poet is looking for. Some people think it's the author's lover, some people think it's the poet himself, some people think it refers to Zhao Shen, Song Xiaozong, and some people think it refers to Bianjing, the old capital of the Northern Song Dynasty.
This independent "person" is actually a "beauty" image with rich feelings. Beauty has its unique significance, which began with Qu Yuan. Qu Yuan used beauty to describe the monarch and express his loyalty to the monarch.
The person the poet is looking for is out of place with the surrounding "moths and snow willows" and "laughter", but it can make the poet look for it thousands of times. It must also be a beauty, even if it is not beautiful in appearance, it must have other characteristics that attract poets. Since she is a beauty, Xin Qiji's love for her is self-evident.
