Chinese wine is there.

Where is the real "China Wine Capital"?

There are many places in China famous for wine, but there are only a handful of places with the reputation of "wine capital". Wine capital is not only famous for its current wines, but also has a long cultural background and history. Unfortunately, due to the changes of thousands of years, the origin of famous wines in history has gradually become a distant symbol, and famous wines that have been circulated for thousands of years are even more rare.

Yibin, the first city in the Yangtze River, is one of the birthplaces of Chinese wine culture. Since ancient times, Yibin has been a place where alcohol never touches the body. I don't know how many literati poured out Yibin's wine, and hymns poured out like a spring. Yibin is the epitome of Chinese wine culture and a well-deserved wine capital of China.

Yibin, called Rongzhou in ancient times, is an important town at the junction of Sichuan, Yunnan and Guizhou. It is the starting point of Wuchi Road in Qin Dynasty and Yi Dao in South China, the starting point of Tang and Song Dynasties, and the transportation hub from southwest Sichuan to Tubo and Tianzhu, and to southwest minority areas. This place is the center of the southwest famous wine belt, with a long history of brewing and a thousand years of famous wine. It is rainy and hot in the same season, and the climate is mild. Air and soil are most suitable for the growth of microorganisms needed for wine making. There is a saying that "Sichuan wine is the best in the world, and the essence is in Yibin".

Yibin is the earliest residence of the Gelao people, and drinking is a special hobby of the Gelao people. New Tang book? "Biography of Nan Man" tells that Bo people say that "men and women wear clothes and are good at singing and dancing." "Rude is still a witch, believing in ghosts ... attracting hundreds of people to play bronze drums, singing and dancing, drinking and having fun, and being poor day and night." 1984 An exquisite bronze knight was unearthed in Yibin, dating back to the pre-Qin period about 2000 years ago. Its shape and ornamentation are different from those of the Central Plains, and it was obviously made by the Gelao people who lived in Yibin at that time.

In ancient Rongzhou, miasma prevailed, and it was effective to fight miasma with wine. Therefore, when Huang Tingjian was in Rongzhou, he "raised his glass in the morning". Wine is a must for people in Rongzhou and surrounding ethnic minority areas. Drinking is not only a pleasure, but also a need of struggle for existence.

When history entered the Tang Dynasty, Yibin became a veritable wine capital, and the famous wine "Chongbi Liquor" appeared at that time. Du Fu once praised Yibin's "heavy spring wine" in Rongzhou Yangshi East Building. During the Song Dynasty, Yibin's wine industry developed more rapidly, and under the impetus of the great poet Huang Tingjian, the wine culture also experienced unprecedented prosperity.

In A.D. 1098, Huang Tingjian was demoted to Zhou Pei for his conviction. After Huang Tingjian arrived in Yibin, he lived in the spring forest here, imitating Wang Xizhi's Lanting story. He carved a stone in the grotesque rock gorge to create momentum, and carved four characters of "Qushui Flowing" on the stone, invited Yibin celebrities to compose poems with it, and wrote a famous sentence that has been told through the ages: "Wang Gongquan's family is litchi green, and Liao Zhiping's family is litchi green; Try pouring a cup of heavy blue and quickly peel off a thousand pale red muscles. Who can taste this? Only the poems of the old Du Donglou ". Praise "Litchi Green" wine as the first in Rongzhou.

In the Ming Dynasty, Yibin was unprecedentedly developed in brewing, and famous wineries such as Wendeng Peak, Desheng House and Changfasheng appeared. Yibin Wuliangye is still using 16 ancient cellar in Ming dynasty. This 16 ancient cellar pool is a testimony to Yibin's long history of brewing. Now, you are old and strong, and you are still making good wine silently.

Huang Tingjian is not the only one who is infatuated with Yibin wine. Fan Chengda was obsessed with Yibin's famous wine, lamenting that "I came here drunk on Chunbi wine". Lu You also missed Yibin's "Litchi Green" wine in his later years. Li Chunguang and Shen Yin in the Ming Dynasty, Zhang Wentao and Liu Guangdi in the Qing Dynasty ... Generations of poets and poets wrote poems, giving Yibin Liquor infinite praise for Du Wen.

In the dynastic history of wine capital, the appearance of Wuliangye is always worth remembering. In AD 1900, Chen San, a descendant of 10, inherited his ancestral business and refined Chen's secret recipe on the basis of the original brewing. Deng Zijun, the founder of Wuliangye, has the secret recipe of "Chen's secret recipe", which is brewed with five kinds of grain as raw materials. Wuliangye, which comes down in one continuous line from the wine culture with a long history in the wine capital, has now become the "king of wine industry in China".

Yibin has become the "wine capital of China" not only because of its numerous famous wines, but also because the tradition of drinking has been circulated in Yibin for thousands of years. Every household in Yibin brewed fine wine, which was passed down from generation to generation, forming a unique wine capital style. There are rules in this "China Wine Capital", such as "No wine, no banquet", "No wine, no joy" and "No banquet". The rich historical sites and culture prove that Yibin, the wine capital of China, has a long history of brewing, and it has also become a prism for future generations to understand and explore the wine culture and history of Yibin and China.

In fact, Balzac has long said that "it takes three generations to train a noble." Our wine is no exception. The unique wine culture and technology, which has been constantly attacking for thousands of years and constantly brewing the best wine, is the secret of Yibin becoming the Millennium wine capital.
