Xu Wei, a gifted scholar in Ming Dynasty, was invited to write poems. The first four sentences made everyone laugh and were ridiculed as vulgar.

After Zhu Yuanzhang, the founding emperor of the Ming Dynasty, there has always been a knot in his heart, which is the complex feelings for scholars.

He comes from a poor family and has little education. Fortunately, he is willing to study hard the day after tomorrow, so that he can read and write, so as not to be laughed at by scholars all over the world.

After all, he is not a man who talks like a book. Compared with those talented people, Zhu Yuanzhang still looks very tacky. It can be said that in front of the scholars, Zhu Yuanzhang had a sense of inferiority in his bones, which also made him really disgusted with those scholars.

But as an emperor, he naturally understands that in the process of governing the world, it is really inseparable from these scholars. Therefore, Zhu Yuanzhang showed a very contradictory attitude towards the scholars, sometimes praising, sometimes suppressing, sometimes treating them as guests, and sometimes abandoning them as our shoes.

Especially when these literati gather in class to recite poems, it seems that there are many horses running on the grass in his heart.

Of course, the literati at that time were also very taboo to show off their literary talent in front of Zhu Yuanzhang. After all, Zhu Yuanzhang is a suspicious emperor, and a negligence may kill him.

However, it is undeniable that there were many great talents in the Ming Dynasty, such as those we are familiar with, but Rao failed to rank among the "Three Masters of the Ming Dynasty".

Three gifted scholars in Ming Dynasty refer to Jie Jin, Yang Shen and Xu Wei, especially Xu Wei, who is an all-rounder in Ming Dynasty. He is quite proficient in literature, drama, calligraphy and painting, poetry, music and even military affairs.

It can be said that there are few people who can crush Xu Wei in talent in the Ming Dynasty.

But once when Xu Wei went out for a walk, he met several literati, laughed at them and invited Xu Wei to write poems, but the first four sentences almost made everyone laugh, and even were ridiculed as vulgar.

So what did Xu Wei do? Is Xu Wei's talent not worthy of the name?

But before we say this, we have to talk about a poem by Zhu Yuanzhang, because this poem by Xu Wei is just like Zhu Yuanzhang's. Let's take a look together.

On one occasion, before Zhu Yuanzhang went to court, civil servants twittered that it was called a hi. As soon as Zhu Yuanzhang arrived, there was silence. Fortunately, Zhu Yuanzhang was in a good mood on this day. He told the ministers that he also wanted to write a poem. At this moment, he just heard the cock crow, so he opened his mouth and wrote a poem about chickens:

Ministers almost laughed at these two words, but because of Zhu Yuanzhang's majesty, everyone held back their laughter and the scene was extremely embarrassing.

Zhu Yuanzhang ignored the reaction of ministers and spoke the third and fourth sentences. As soon as these two words came out, ministers could no longer laugh. The content is:

Obviously, these two poems of Zhu Yuanzhang are quite amazing, which directly express the unparalleled spirit of imperial power to the fullest, and the momentum contained in the poems is quite magnificent.

It is admirable that a son of heaven from the grass roots can make such a poem, which has greatly changed Zhu Yuanzhang's image among ministers. After all, most people really can't write such a poem.

It is worth mentioning that Zhu Yuanzhang also wrote a strange poem for the gifted scholars of the Ming Dynasty. Later, many talented people followed suit and wrote many strange poems that seemed ridiculous to future generations, including Xu Wei's Strange Poems of Singing Willow.

Xu Wei likes to paint landscapes, and he also likes to travel in the mountains and rivers on weekdays. One day, he went out to play when he had nothing to do, and unconsciously came to a gazebo.

In the pavilion, some people dressed as literati kept chattering, and Xu Wei went forward to join in the fun. He didn't understand the key points of these people until he went in.

There are paintings on the stone table in the middle of the pavilion, next to which are poems written by these literati according to the paintings. What they are talking about is who makes these poems better.

However, Xu Wei watched it again and again and was disappointed. Because there were no good sentences in it, he shook his head and sighed a few times.

When these scholars heard someone's denial, they naturally felt disgusted, so they challenged Xu Wei and invited him to write a masterpiece. Hearing this, Xu Wei was not angry. In front of him, there is a picture called "Liu Ting's Farewell Map". Wanted to think, Xu Wei began to write the first four sentences:

Scholars almost laughed when they saw these four sentences written by Xu Wei. They ridiculed that Xu Wei's poems are vulgar and not poems at all, but in our eyes now, they are not poems at all. If it is really a poem, maybe children can write hundreds.

In the face of ridicule, Xu Wei said nothing, and then he began to write down two sentences:

Seeing these two sentences, they immediately fell silent. At this time, there were several cuckoos in the mountains, and Xu Wei began to write the following words:

Xu Wei left after writing, and these arrogant scholars were impressed by his talent. After all, the four sentences that sublimated the whole poem were really well written, and Xu Wei once again proved his talent with strength.

Through these two poems by Zhu Yuanzhang and Xu Wei, we can find that they have a common feature, that is, the previous poems are very dull, the words are simple, and even the sentences are clumsy.

However, the end of the poem is suddenly reversed, and the sentence that was not originally a poem is sublimated on all sides, which finally gives people a wonderful feeling beyond doubt.

In fact, the poems written by Zhu Yuanzhang and Xu Wei have a special name in literature, that is, inverted poems.

This type of poem pays attention to the plain opening and stunning ending, and creates an artistic conception with the most common words. If it is well written, it can naturally be described as a wonderful pen.

There are many such poems in history, and Tang Bohu and Zheng Banqiao also wrote them. Although these people wrote different themes, they were all amazing, especially the last few sentences, which were shocking.

Of course, inverted poems also tell us a truth, no matter what time, don't ridicule and laugh at others at will, especially when others haven't fully displayed their talents, otherwise it will only make people laugh but not generous, and shoot themselves in the foot.

Since Xu Wei can be called one of the three great talents in Ming Dynasty, his literary attainments are naturally worthy of the name. I just don't know if those who laughed at Xu Wei will be ashamed after he left. ...
