Production steps
1. Add water to the first-grade white flour to soften it. After a little simmering, tear off a dose, knead it evenly, roll it into thin skin, put the onion oil mud (minced lard and onion mud) on the dough sheet, and roll it while rolling it until the dough sheet is extremely thin and rolled into a spiral tube.
2. Put it on the oiled hazelnut, flatten it into a round cake with a diameter of 8 cm and a thickness of about 2 cm by hand, bake it until both sides stand up, then bake it around the furnace wall below, and bake it once in the middle until it is dark yellow.
3. After taking it out, press the middle of one side with spiral lines out of the nest with your fingers while it is hot, that is, form an oil spiral with at most fifty or sixty layers.
