Before making mala Tang, we need to prepare the following materials:
Beef/mutton/chicken: 300g
Tofu: 1 yuan
Fans: 50g
Auricularia auricula: 50g
Lotus root slices: 50g
Flammulina velutipes: 50g
Pepper: moderate amount
Zanthoxylum bungeanum: moderate amount
Ginger and garlic: moderate amount
Mala Tang bottom material: appropriate amount
Step description
Step 1: Prepare the materials.
Slice beef/mutton/chicken, cut tofu into small pieces, soak fungus in Kamikiri small pieces, slice lotus root, remove the root of Flammulina velutipes, cut pepper into small pieces, and mince ginger and garlic.
Step 2: Add oil to the hot pot.
Heat the pan, add appropriate amount of oil, add ginger, garlic and pepper and stir-fry until fragrant.
Step 3: Add the base material.
Add hot sauce to the pot and stir fry in red oil.
Step 4: Add water.
Add appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil.
Step 5: Add materials.
Cook the prepared materials in a pot.
Step 6: Enjoy the food.
Put the steaming mala Tang in a bowl, sprinkle with chopped green onion and coriander, it's mouth watering.
