Qing xiu tong ya
"Dian lue" said: "(Xun) Mi is big and beautiful." This means that Yu Xun was born with great strength and handsome appearance. Xu Pan's inscription for Yu Xun is also called Yu Xun's "magnificent landscape".
Chen Shou, the author of Romance of the Three Kingdoms, is stingy in praising people's beauty. If he boasts that he looks great, then this person must be a handsome boy. However, in the "Three Kingdoms", he described Xun's appearance like this: "He is handsome and elegant, with a strong wind. However, he can learn from machines, but he failed to realize his ambition. " The word "delicate and elegant" vividly outlines the refined elegance of Xun.
Prime minister's ability
Such a super handsome guy with noble blood is neither uneducated nor a playboy. On the contrary, he is diligent and studious, and he was very clever when he was a child. He Qing, a famous Nanyang scholar, was very surprised when he saw Yu Xun and said, "Wang Zuocai is also."
He Qing was the leader of Shi Ming Group at that time. When this statement came out, it naturally spread like wildfire, and Yu Xun suddenly became red. And He Qing's words are more like predictions. Yu Xun became the most important counselor under Cao Cao, and was compared by Cao Cao to Sean, who assisted Liu Bang, and made great contributions to Cao Cao's unification of the North. He once worshipped the official minister and was called "Xun Ling".
Yu Xun is different from ordinary counselors. He has his own political ideals and opinions, that is, to safeguard the Han Dynasty. What were the three programs proposed by Yu Xun to Cao Cao at that time: serving the Lord, upholding justice and supporting justice? Emphasis on upholding morality and justice. Therefore, Yu Xun's three programs are not strategy, strategy, ideal and program. In the final analysis, they are to maintain the Han Dynasty and the Han Dynasty.
Therefore, when Cao Cao and Jiu became kings, Yu Xun's political ideal was shattered and his political career came to an end. Cao Cao gave him an empty lunch box, implying that you would support me if you ate my salary. There is no salary for you in the Han Dynasty. Of course, Yu Xun knew that Cao Cao was a man who "prospered if he obeyed me, but died if he disobeyed me", so he committed suicide by taking medicine. Two wise men played a pantomime, which was also a tragedy. "Military League" interprets this story with a stirring voice, and the soundtrack is also very good, but a good man like Yu Xun did not get a happy ending, which makes people feel very worried.
Sit for three days.
This handsome and talented minister of the Han and Wei Dynasties attaches great importance to appearance and is always personable. Later generations often use "Xun Lingxiang" or "Ling Junxiang" to describe the demeanor of ministers, because Mr. Xun is good at incense. It is said that the smell of his body can be heard; Where you sit, you stay fragrant for three days (Xun went to sit there for three days in Xiangyang), which became the object of beautiful talk and imitation by the world.
In ancient times, both men and women had the custom of carrying incense with them, from literati to ordinary people. "Smelly bearing (that is, sachet)" can not only beautify the body, but also show respect for others. It can be seen that Yu Xun's love for incense is not boasting, but a performance of leading an honest and clean life. Cao Cao said in the "Military League" that Yu Xun has a "cleanliness addiction", which is not only physical but also spiritual.
Incense can improve people's temperament, but the spirit of incense should be integrated with people's temperament, and imitation and posturing will make people laugh. It is said that there was a man named Liu Ji who had the same hobby as him, and he had to burn incense after going to the toilet. Provoked a friend to criticize: "People say that you are an amateur, and it really is." But he argued, "I use incense far less than Xun. Why do you blame me? "
Since then, "Xun Lingxiang" or "Ling Junxiang" has been used to describe the demeanor of ministers, and it also refers to people's charm. Later generations also chanted about this. The Tang Dynasty's "Saving the Early Dynasty under the Spring Straight Door" said: "I admire China when I hear it, but I know it secretly." In the Southern Dynasties, Zhang also saw a poem in Ge Yanxing: "Drinking enough wine will burn Xun Lingxiang more."
A handsome man like Yu Xun is not only a gentleman, elegant and beautiful, but also has a faint aroma between his gestures, so he can't find the second among the civil servants in the Three Kingdoms.
The original meaning of the word "Xun" is a kind of vanilla. Its word "Wen Ruo" makes people feel more like its name, but it exudes the fragrance of orchids from the inside out. He is a gentleman. Therefore, later generations often call it Ling Jun.
