Jinshan Shiyu tea is made of tea buds and leaves planted by local groups under specific natural and ecological environment conditions, and through a specific processing technology of "spreading fresh → deactivating enzymes → rolling → making blank → spreading cold → shaping → spreading cold → sufficient fire → removing broken powder". It has the characteristics of "tight knot like steamed bun, long and lasting fragrance, clear soup color and mellow taste" Shiyu in Jinshan was originally named as "Wuming in Jinshan", and Zhang Tingjiong, a native of Qingyi, wrote the poem "Wuming in Jinshan", "Different grass breeds the spirit of the earth, and the fragrance covers the cliff. Village girls go home in spring, and community fires are roasted under the eaves. "Three decoctions into fragrant porcelain, silk still seals calligraphy" is the famous treasure of Wangyutai Town founded by Jixi people in Shanghai in 1850. Named on 1868, Wang Yutai paid tribute to "Jinshan Shiyu" tea on 1894.

(1) External sensory characteristics: it belongs to a green tea treasure, with tight and thin strings, slightly white, pure sweat, fragrant and refreshing taste, sweet aftertaste, clear and bright soup color, light green and golden leaves at the bottom, resistant to brewing, and light in the sixth time. (2) Intrinsic quality index: The rain in Jinshan is the best among green teas. The moderate contents of tea polyphenols and caffeine are above 25% and 3.5% respectively, and the amino acid content is above 3.2%.
