China has countless beautiful scenery, but the most beautiful place in China is the Bund. Although I have been to the Bund three times, I feel different every time I see it. Shanghai Bund is located in Lujiazui, Pudong New Area, adjacent to the World Architecture Expo and across the river from Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. The Bund is the financial center of Shanghai, where the world-famous Citibank, HSBC, major banks in China and Shanghai Stock Exchange are located. People come and go here every day, which is the most prosperous and lively place in Shanghai.
3. The Bund in the twilight is particularly gorgeous. The colorful neon lights on the high building are flashing, as if countless little stars are flashing. Huge billboards such as Baidu, Sina and China Petroleum are dazzling and eye-catching. A bright moon hangs in the sky, as if talking with neon lights to discuss how to make the Bund more beautiful. A huge cruise ship sailed past the Huangpu River. Some people on the boat sang, some joked and some waved to the tourists on the shore. How happy they are to enjoy such a beautiful scenery!
I have been to Shanghai several times, but it's the first time to Shanghai Bund. The Bund scenery in the night makes me feel a different kind of beauty. As soon as night fell, I couldn't wait to urge my father to take me to the Bund for sightseeing. At the beginning of the lights, Shanghai seemed to put on a gorgeous evening dress and show it to me. The wide Huangpu River is just in front of us, the river is calm and tourists are shuttling on the embankment.
The cruise ships on the road all have their own colored lights and colored laser shadows, just like the goddess swimming on the Pujiang River at night, showing graceful charm. The Huangpu River, which winds northward, is like a traveler who misses home every day, rushing to get together with his family and brothers, the Yangtze River, and returning to the embrace of Mother Ocean together. Looking back at the west bank of Pujiang, the brightly lit world-famous buildings such as Customs Building, HSBC Building and Peace Hotel echo the lights of Oriental Pearl, International Conference Center, Jinmao Building and Shanghai Center on the other side, making the east and west banks of Pujiang more colorful.
