How can he live in it? How can he subdue his heart?

The "Diamond Sutra" says: "Why should we live, how can we subdue our hearts", which means that if our hearts are at peace and live where we should live, we will not be troubled. If you cannot live peacefully and where your heart should live, then you will have troubles. So is there any way to subdue this delusion in my heart? I wonder, is this the only way to generate bodhicitta? Moreover, the Buddha said that this bodhicitta is inherent in everyone, and everyone has it. It just depends on whether you discover it.

In life, the heart is actually the source of all troubles. Various religions and various cultivation methods in the world are all aimed at achieving peace of mind, that is, reflecting on one's own heart and stopping the delusional thoughts in the mind.

My understanding is still at a superficial level. Perhaps as I gain more experience, I will gain a deeper understanding.

If you really understand this sentence, you may have understood the entire "Diamond Sutra".

But even if you understand the entire sutra, it is extremely difficult to do so.
