Master Yin Guang once wrote that "Buddhism is based on filial piety" and that filial piety is the foundation of being a man. "In this world, you must be humane. Filial piety, loyalty, courtesy, honesty and shame can be described as human nature. Otherwise, although the body is human, the heart is an animal. " Filial piety is the foundation of all worldly laws and worldly laws, and Buddhism, as a worldly law, is still based on filial piety. Wen said: "Filial piety is the Tao, and its greatness is nothing more than this. Through heaven and earth, Fan Sheng is a saint. Wang Xiuzhi was the first person to become the supreme virtue, so Tathagata proved enlightenment. 」

Master Yin Guang went deep into Confucianism in his early years and became a monk. Second, filial piety is the Tao, nothing is nothing.

Filial piety is the way, nothing more. All the good things are inseparable.

However, there is a difference between the size of the world and the original.

As the saying goes, "filial piety comes first". Although the word "filial piety" covers all kinds of goodness, there are differences between "secular" and "secular" and "size" and "nature". The following master points out the differences.

Filial piety in the world:

Take care of yourself, take care of yourself, be willing to accept your heart, and even stand on the street to make a name for yourself in future generations. How about killing one and raising a sacrifice, so that the resentment of relatives can be consolidated and rewarded forever?

Filial piety in the world:

Its trace is also the same as the world, and it has its name. Moreover, it is based on the Tathagata Dharma, so that the pro-smoked repair. If you are close, you will be advised to be vegetarian and read Buddha to survive in the west. If you are a vegetarian, you will not create a killing industry, which will destroy the disaster. When you read Buddha, you can dive into the wisdom of Buddha, which coincides with the Tao. If you can firmly believe that you are eager to survive in the west, you will be led by the Buddha and entrusted with nine lotus flowers at the end of your life. From this extraordinary to sacred, from birth to death. Stay away from your mother-in-law's sufferings and enjoy bliss forever. Undead can die; If you have passed away, you will increase your lotus products. If you can be so heartfelt, it corresponds to the vows of Sihong, and Bodhi will feel the Tao. Is it possible that I benefited from my relatives, my merits are good, and the Lotus Tower is the first, so it is more superb and unique. And personally, did Pu Ling initiate filial piety? This filial piety is the real meaning, unless the world is only beneficial to the body and the world, but it ignores the mind and the future. Is to understand Buddhism and take filial piety as the foundation. Therefore, the Sanskrit said, "Filial piety is the three treasures of teachers and monks. Filial piety is the supreme law, and filial piety is called words and deeds. It is said in "The Ring of Killing Thieves" that compassion and filial piety should be born. In the Unsolved Salvation Commandment, I said, "When men are my fathers and women are my mothers, I am born of them. So all six sentient beings are my parents. Those people who kill and eat killed my parents. Therefore, the filial piety of Buddhism is spread all over the four lives and six ways. It is not only a lifetime comparison, but also a future comparison. Is it extremely filial to those who know right and wrong but don't stop killing and releasing, and are vegetarian and chanting Buddha? "Expand the downstream, trace back to the small building and make a secret record"

Testimony "trace" refers to superficial events; They all have three meanings:

1. "Take care of yourself through hard work" refers to providing material support to make elderly parents healthy;

2. "Willing to accept his ambition to please his heart" refers to spiritual comfort, which makes elderly parents feel happy;

3. "Even standing on the street is famous for future generations", and even the ancients have "the ambition of adoptive parents", that is, to cultivate parents' minds and cultivate sentiments. "Leave a name for future generations" means to stand up and do things and honor your ancestors.

On the surface, filial sons born in the world seem to be the same in things, but they are different in essence. "Ben" refers to the fundamental principle, and there are three kinds of filial piety born in the world:

1. Broadly speaking, filial piety in the world is only beneficial to one's parents, and filial piety in the world takes into account that "all six sentient beings are my parents."

2. In terms of depth, the interests of filial piety in the world "all belong to your side", which means that filial piety is "lifetime". When the body is destroyed, that is, after death, there is no benefit. In addition, human filial piety takes into account the "original trace", which is beneficial to parents' "immortal mind" and can be called "eternal filial piety"

Third, Shi's filial piety is gloomy and difficult to understand.

The so-called filial piety in the world has traces to follow. The so-called filial piety in history is devoted to it with a little trace. Obviously, there are traces to follow. Dedicated to this person, it is dark and difficult to understand. Why is there still a long way to go? Confucianism takes pains to support relatives and filial parents. Standing on the street, making a name for himself in later generations to show his family and filial piety. In a word, there is nothing more than filial piety. Therefore, the sacrifice in the Book of Rites said: "It is not timely and filial to cut off trees and kill animals. Therefore, "the way of filial piety is connected with God, and the light is everywhere. At this point, the theory of filial piety can be described as perfect and hard to see. It's just filial piety. It's obvious between eyes and ears. Only when I let my son go alone, can I succeed and make money, which is the most worthwhile. You should not only honor your parents before they die, but also remove their spiritual wisdom and let them live in consciousness forever. The biggest controversy about becoming a monk in the world comes from the part of "filial piety". The world mistakenly thinks that becoming a monk is abandoning parents. Master Yin Guang made it very clear here: This is not neglect, but the focus of concern is different. "The so-called filial piety in the world, there are traces to follow. The so-called filial piety of historians is a "dedication" to the original work, one is tangible material giving, emotional companionship, and the other is intangible merit return. " As a result, the characteristics of filial piety in the world are "obvious" and filial piety in the world becomes "dark and difficult to understand". "The filial piety of Sakyamuni Buddha is embodied in" The highest thing to repay is to get the word and enjoy it all your life ",and the word" highest "is now: 1. Wide interests, filial piety for parents; 2. Deep interest: both before and after death. Various examples of Buddhism and monks show that the filial piety of monks is a relationship of giving consideration to rather than abandoning.

Although, Confucian filial piety takes caring for parents as the first priority. If Shi resigned and became a monk, how could he ignore his parents' support? If you have brothers, sons and nephews entrusted you, you must ask your relatives for permission to become a monk, otherwise you are not allowed to shave your head. Therefore, as the saying goes, "support the merits and demerits of parents, support the merits and demerits of bodhisattvas for a lifetime" and so on. "If you are close, you will skillfully persuade them to practice Buddhist precepts and survive in the West. When you die, you will recite the merits of practicing, and you will always return with sincerity. Make it turbid, long and interesting forever. Endure the card, there is no life, and the land will not retreat. Do your best to free all sentient beings, so that you can be enlightened by yourself. If that's the case, it's filial piety to stay aloof from the world. In a word, ten thousand lines and six degrees are nothing more than the expansion of filial piety. Expanding Buddhism Based on Filial Piety

After the speech, Director Yin Zu directly quoted the classics to emphasize the merits of Phuthacharn's caring for his parents, and let the world know that Buddhism not only does not exclude filial piety, but is actually a complete "filial piety". How can it be reflected? The so-called "six degrees of ten thousand lines" is nothing more than the expansion of filial piety.

Fourth, the Buddha's filial piety is related to III.

Buddhism and secular law are different. Or some people give up love because they say goodbye to Buddha, which is called unfilial. I don't know my humble opinion about the past and the future in this world. The Buddha's filial piety is related to III. Therefore, the Sanskrit says, "If the Buddha is a son, release it with compassion. All men are my fathers, and all women are my mothers. I was born and died because of them. So all six sentient beings are my parents, and those who kill food kill my parents. Buddha is a filial piety to all sentient beings, not only wide and far! The filial piety in the world, the pro is to serve, and the support is to raise. If you don't kiss, you will only set food sacrifices at the time of life and death and do your best. If my parents are guilty and become another person, who knows that among the creatures I killed and ate, I was never my parents? Ignoring the endless principles of III, I blame others for decades of filial piety, and I know little about it. The testimony that "grace does not kill life" is the content of pure industry and three blessings. From the perspective of filial piety, "desire for filial piety" must be kindness without killing life. Why? Or "the deacon is unreasonable", that is, although he has filial piety, because of ignorance, he has no real benefit to his parents in practice, and even harms them. Sixth, if you want to be filial, you must be a net worker.

Filial piety is the way, nothing more. If you want to be fully prepared, you must bear the burden of Buddhism and Buddhism. The law of the world must be exhausted, clean and idle, evil, and pursued by all good. Buddhism must abstain from killing nursing students, believe in Buddhism, and live in the West. In the first part of his speech, Yin Zu pointed out two manifestations of "incomplete filial piety", and this paragraph marked the correct line of "wanting to be completely filial", that is, "carrying a burden on the shoulders of Buddha and Buddha", which shows that filial piety of "being born" is mutually inclusive. There is no end to Buddhism, and all the teachings must be completely confused to avoid life and death. If there is no end to confusion, there is still no reincarnation. The only way to recite Buddha is to rely on Buddha's power. If you really believe and really want to, you can decide to rely on the compassion of Buddha to bring your career into life. Compared with other methods, the difficulty is different, and there is a big gap with the field. We have no power to be confused. Living in the west without thinking of Buddha, for the sake of self-interest and altruism, focus on major events. Sand robbery and sand robbery are still in the six divisions of the wheel of karma. In this passage, it is said that the ultimate goal of "filial piety" is to let parents die. The so-called "death is great". There are countless ways to live and die, and as a master of printing light who returned from the Bodhisattva, he has a discerning eye to choose the method. Among many methods, he has come up with the pure land method of "relying on Buddha's kindness to make a living" for us.

A husband's dutiful son should take this as the priority first, and then take it as the end to support his body and guide his spirit. If you only know how to take care of your work and support yourself safely, you will be proud of standing in the street, but you don't know how to live forever, recite the Buddha's death method and order you to practice. Give birth to Buddha's name and die of Buddha's country. Say goodbye to the illusion of life and death and enjoy the real happiness of permanent residence. Accept amitabha and go to the sea. When you hear the sound of a circle, you will be completely confused. When you see the wonderful scenery, you will have four kinds of intelligence. Do not violate the security, enter the ten parties. Seek the upper and lower, and do Buddhism extensively. A thorough proof is that the mind has Buddha nature, which is generally a kind voyage to the suffering people. As the saying goes, "forget the big when you see the small", you are close and far away. This is the view of China people, not the grand view of scholars. If you can let your kindness and self, as well as your family, give birth to concubines, live a long life in peace, enjoy the joy of silence, be the prince of Amitabha and be a great mentor. Seven, filial piety in the world, right and wrong?

Use the benefits of pure land Buddhism to convince parents to study Buddhism and survive in the West. If you can believe and be followed, you will die on your deathbed. Testimony: The children advised their parents to live in a blissful world, and the parents were rewarded with "birth, aging, illness and death, being free from vulgarity and becoming a Buddha". To achieve the best interests of "all" parents and the greatest filial piety of "all" children is the perfect realm of filial piety.
