The poem: "The lonely sail crosses the blue sky, only the Yangtze River flows in the sky" comes from the Yellow Crane Tower's Farewell to Meng Haoran on the way to Yangzhou. A solitary sail disappears at the end of the blue sky, and only the Yangtze River flows to the horizon.

Yellow Crane Tower —— Meng Haoran's farewell on his way to Yangzhou
Tang Libai
Old friends frequently waved to me, bid farewell to the Yellow Crane Tower, and traveled to Yangzhou in this beautiful spring filled with catkins and flowers.
My friend's sail shadow faded away and disappeared at the end of the blue sky, only seeing the first line of the Yangtze River and heading for the distant horizon.
Three. translate
Beautiful spring, bosom friends set sail, the poet stood upstairs, staring at the solitary sail drifting away until it was completely hidden in the blue sky and green water. Finally, I saw the rolling river flowing to the horizon, and the poet's feelings also fluctuated with the river.
Fourth, appreciate
This farewell poem was written around the 20th year of Kaiyuan (732). In the spring of March, Meng Haoran, a good friend, bid farewell to the Yellow Crane Tower on the first floor of Jiangshan with the poet, and made an eastward tour. The lonely sail of a friend has disappeared in the clear water and blue sky, but the poet still stands for a long time, as if the river eager to flow eastward carries his affection and takes his friends on a long journey. The whole poem is a masterpiece with broad artistic conception and deep feelings.
In a word, this poetic parting of two romantic and chic poets is also a yearning parting for Li Bai, and it is vividly displayed by the poet with the gorgeous scenery of March in the spring and the vast picture of boating on the Yangtze River, overlooking the details of the solitary sail.
