Cui Hao, a poet in the Tang Dynasty, visited the Yellow Crane Tower. When he climbed the tower to enjoy the beautiful scenery, he looked at Chutian, expressed his feelings and wrote down the famous Yellow Crane Tower. Later, when Li Bai was visiting, he also boarded the Yellow Crane Tower. He was also impressed by the magnificence and vastness of the Yellow Crane Tower and had a great mood for poetry. He wants to write poems and express his feelings. Just as he was about to write a poem, he saw the Yellow Crane Tower written by Cui Hao-a long time ago, a yellow crane carried a saint to heaven, and now only the Yellow Crane Tower is left. The yellow crane never revisited earth, there have been no long white clouds for thousands of years. Every tree in Hanyang has become clear due to sunlight, and Nautilus Island is covered with sweet grass. But I looked at my hometown, and the twilight was getting thicker, and the mist of sadness was filled on the river waves. When he finished reading the poems written by Cui Hao in the Tang Dynasty, he couldn't help sighing, feeling ashamed, and put pen to paper, saying that "there is a scene in front of him, on which Cui Hao inscribed poems".
In the east of Yellow Crane Tower Park, there is a pavilion called "Stop Pen Pavilion". The origin of the pavilion name is the allusion of "Cui Hao wrote poetry, while Li Bai stopped writing". In fact, I think Li Bai really likes and admires the Yellow Crane Tower in Cui Hao, because Li Bai's two later poems Nautilus Island and On Climbing Nanjing to Phoenix Terrace have obvious traces of imitating Cui Hao.
I am glad that the Chinese nation has so many historical sites and treasures of talents and beautiful women. The two complement each other, so that we can appreciate the beautiful scenery and feel the humanistic culture and understand the feelings and life of the ancients.
