Three Miscellaneous Poems is a group of poems written by the Tang Dynasty poet Wang Wei. This is a group of five-character quatrains written in the style of Yuefu folk songs in the south of the Yangtze River, which expresses the lovesickness of men and women after their separation and implies the feelings of missing their hometown.
The first poem describes a boudoir's longing for a distant future and a book. The second song describes how a wanderer misses his family and asks people in his hometown about his family. The third poem is about Sifu's reply to her husband. It is not a matter of carving to write down three poems with deep affection, or to express one's feelings directly or to send one's feelings to one's heart.
