Liu Bei was defeated by Baidicheng and changed his fish belly to Yong 'an County. In the twenty-third year of Zhenguan in Tang Dynasty, it was renamed fengjie county because it showed the quality that Zhuge Liang, the prime minister of Shu State, and Liu Bei, the emperor of Zhaolie, "entrusted him with the life of an orphan, which could not be taken away during the festival."
Fengjie is known as the "Poetry City". Many famous poets in China history, such as Wang Wei, Li Bai, Du Fu, Meng Jiao, Liu Yuxi, Bai Juyi, Su Shi, Su Zhe, Wang, Lu You, etc. , have come here, leaving masterpieces and eulogizing the mountains and rivers here.
