What are the metrical requirements of five-element poems?

So how are these poems written?
Those who may be familiar with poetry will know that the poem shown in the above picture uses the phrase "life is as gorgeous as summer flowers" and "the flower of sunrise is better than fire, and the riverside is as green as blue"
Then why is the second sentence "Sunrise makes the river blue"? This is for rhyming feet (an), so the trick is that we can rhyme feet with rhymes and word changes.
Other sentences can be rhymed with extended idioms and lyrics.
