A poem expressing loneliness on a full moon night

1. "When will there be a bright moon?"

Song Dynasty: Su Shi

Chen Bing Mid-Autumn Festival, happily drank the next morning, drunk, wrote this word, and missed my brother Su Zhe.

When did the moon begin to appear? I take my glass from a distance. I don't know the palace in the sky, and I don't know the month and time. I'm willing to ride the wind to the sky, I'm afraid I can't stand the cold for nine days in a pavilion of fine jade. Dance to find out what shadows look like on the earth. (what: when; Afraid of another work: only/afraid)

The moon turned into a scarlet pavilion, hanging low on the carved window, shining on the sleepy self. The moon should not have any resentment against people. Why is it round when people are gone? People are sad and happy, and they are separated and reunited. The moon will darken or shine, and it will become round or round. Nothing is perfect, even in the past. I hope people will live for a long time and have a good scenery thousands of miles away. (Long-term work: bias)

Translation:

On the Mid-Autumn Festival of Chen Bingnian (A.D. 1076), I drank happily until dawn, got drunk, wrote this word, and missed my brother Su Zhe.

When did the bright moon begin to exist? I picked up my glass and asked the distant sky. I don't know about palaces in the sky. What year is tonight? I want to go back to the sky with the wind to have a look, but I'm worried that the buildings built with beautiful jade are too high for me to stand the cold. Get up and dance and enjoy your clear shadow in the moonlight. The moon palace is nothing like on the earth.

The moon moved, turned the scarlet pavilion, hung low on the carved window, and shone on people who were not sleepy. Mingyue shouldn't have any resentment against people, but why is it always round when people leave? People have joys and sorrows, and the moon has changed from sunny to sunny, which is difficult to be comprehensive from ancient times to now. I hope people can stay together for a long time, even if they are thousands of miles apart, they can enjoy the beautiful moon together.

2. "Drinking four bright moons alone, the first part"

Tang Dynasty: Li Bai

Flowers in the next pot of wine, no friends, drink alone.

Raise my cup, I invite the bright moon, which brings me its shadow and makes us three people.

The moon doesn't know how to drink, but the shadow in front of it is behind.

I have to mingle with them and enjoy the happiness of spring.

The song I sing is bright and wandering, and I dance the shadow before wandering.

Wake up and be happy together, and disperse after drunkenness. (having sex with others: having sex with others)

I am willing to stay with them forever and forget the harm of friendship, just like the Milky Way.

Translation:

I put a pot of wine among the flowers and poured it myself. I don't have any relatives or friends around me.

Raise a glass to the sky, invite the bright moon, reflect on me, and you will become three people.

The moon can't appreciate the joy of drinking, and the shadow can only follow me silently.

For the time being, with the shadow of the bright moon, spring night should take this opportunity to eat, drink and be merry.

I sing poetry, the moon lingers with me, dancing and dancing, and the shadow lingers with me.

Share joy with you when you are awake, and go your separate ways when you are drunk.

I would like to form an eternal friendship with them, forget the harm and meet at the edge of the misty galaxy.

3. Xijiang Moon is a big dream of the world.

Song Dynasty: Su Shi

It's a big dream in the world, how many times is it cool in autumn? At night, the sound of wind blowing leaves rings in the gallery. Look at the eyebrows and temples. (autumn cool one: new cool)

The wine base is often worried about fewer customers, and the moon is cloudy. Who is alone with * * * on Mid-Autumn Festival? Looking at the north sadly.

Translation:

Everything in the world is like a big dream. How many cool autumn has life experienced? At night, the sound of the wind blowing leaves resounds through the cloister. Look at yourself, your worries have climbed up your forehead, and your hair has turned white at your temples.

Wine is not good wine, and it is often worried because there are few guests. Although the moon is bright, most of it is covered by clouds. On this Mid-Autumn Night, who can enjoy this wonderful moonlight with me? I can only pick up my glass and look at the north sadly.

4. "Old Love in Jianglou/Old Love in Jianglou"

Tang Dynasty: Zhao Wei

Alone at the bottom of the river, I vaguely thought that the moonlight was like water.

Where are the people who came to see the moon together? The scenery is vaguely like last year.

Translation:

When I climbed the Jianglou alone, I couldn't help thinking. In front of me, the moonlight is like water and the river is as clear as the sky.

Where are the people who came here with me to enjoy the landscape month now? The scenery here is the same as last year.

5. Jianghan

Tang Dynasty: Du Fu

I am wandering in Jianghan belt, and I miss my homeland and can't return. In the vast world, I am just a pedantic old Confucian.

The sky is far away, and the moon is always lonely.

Although I am old and weak, my time is running out, but my ambition still exists; Facing the wind in the autumn wind, I feel that the conditions are getting better. (Shu Yizuo: Su)

Since ancient times, the old horse has not spent its physical strength because of its wisdom. Therefore, although I am old and sicker, I can still do it.

Translation:

I am wandering in Jianghan area, but I miss my hometown but I can't go home. In the vast world, I am just a pedantic old Confucian.

Looking at the clouds floating in the sky and the bright moon hanging alone in the night, I seem to be far away from the clouds and lonely with the moon.

Although I am old and weak, my time is running out, but my ambition to show my ambition still exists; Facing the rustling autumn wind, I feel that my state is getting better.

Since ancient times, I love horses because of their wisdom, not because of their physical strength. So, although I am old and ill, I can still make a difference.
