1. Put 500g of white flour flat on the steamer.
2. Steam on high fire for 20 minutes, then take it out and dry it flat.
3. Put the dry white flour into a wok, turn over with slow fire and fry for 7 to 10 minutes.
4. Then add the prepared brown sugar and continue to stir fry for about 2 minutes.
