Excuse me, "The endless sadness in the Southern Dynasty is all in the remaining mountains and rivers." What does it mean?

This is a poem from Wang Can's "Painting Inscribed on Zhao Zhongmu" by Ming Dynasty. Zhao Yong (1289-about 1360) was a calligrapher and painter of the Yuan Dynasty. His courtesy name was Zhongmu, a native of Wuxing (now Huzhou, Zhejiang), and the second son of Zhao Mengfu. Originally a descendant of the Zhao and Song royal families, after the fall of the Song Dynasty, he became an official under the influence of his father.

The meaning of these two poems is that after the fall of the Southern Song Dynasty, these sad past events are all reflected in this picture scroll. And this scroll only painted part of the country, implying the loss of the country and the pain of the country and the family.
