At the same time, around the three themes of "ecology, water and nostalgia", a number of scenic spots with both ornamental and participatory functions have been developed and built, including wetland boutique garden, wetland science education center, wetland agricultural sightseeing garden, wetland adventure garden, wetland zoo and other tourist attractions, and wetland water sightseeing routes have been opened. In order to further enlarge and strengthen the wetland, in 2005, Qinhu Wetland Park introduced Shenzhen Overseas Chinese Town Group to participate in the development of Qinhu Wetland, and built comprehensive tourism projects such as Wetland Bridge Expo and Wetland Experience Leisure. At present, the first phase of wetland hot spring leisure and wetland water town has been completed and opened one after another. Accordingly, the third phase of the construction of wetland park has been started, which mainly includes wetland restoration, wetland education center, waterfowl garden, student practice base and related supporting service facilities, and strengthens the functions of ecological protection, popular science education, scientific research and eco-tourism of Qinhu wetland.

The increasingly prosperous tourism has greatly promoted the development of surrounding villages and towns, and directly promoted the progress of Jiangyan's accommodation, catering, transportation, agricultural and sideline products processing and other industries. The proportion of tourism in the tertiary industry has soared. Jiangyan tourism is therefore at the forefront of Taizhou. Local residents become the beneficiaries of wetland protection and ecological construction, not the losers.
With the development of economy, it is necessary to strengthen the construction of ecological culture. Under the care and guidance of the State and Provincial Forestry Bureau and Tourism Bureau, Qinhu Wetland Park successfully held the China Wetland Ecotourism Festival for four consecutive years, and invited high-level experts and scholars to hold an international wetland forum to discuss the protection and development of wetlands. Every year, it also cooperates with mainstream media such as Yangzi Evening News to hold a wetland science popularization contest to popularize wetland protection-related knowledge and guide the public to care for and care for wetlands. Give full play to the popular science education function of wetland parks, organize teenagers to visit wetlands, and strengthen the awareness of wetland protection. And edited internal publications such as "Wetland Qin Lake" to publicize wetlands and carry out wetland protection research. This year, in order to use the platform of Shanghai World Expo to promote wetland protection, we took the initiative to cooperate with the Shanghai World Expo theme pavilion and other institutions to hold an environmental protection theme day, which has become the only public welfare activity with the theme of wetland protection held by the World Expo so far. Doing a good job in publicity has quickly improved the visibility of the park, expanded the market influence of the Qinhu brand, and enhanced the attraction of the park to the target market and major tourist markets.
