Creation background
This poem was written in the second year of Tang Suzong Gan Yuan (759). In July of the second year of Gan Yuan, Du Fu resolutely abandoned his official position and took his family through Longxian, Sol Zhang and Qingshui to Xizhi Village, Qinzhou, where he planned to build several thatched cottages to spend his old age. "Mountain Temple" is a whim of the poet after visiting McKee on a crisp autumn day.
Appreciation of poetry and prose
The first couplet first writes a close-up view: there are not many monks left in Maijishan Temple; Then write the vision: the shape of McKee Mountain and the winding path. From near to far, natural and ingenious, very delicate.
A "sleep" shows the fatigue of the musk bird; A peck shows the parrot's greed. This couplet is not only neat in antithesis, but also brightly colored. Although it is autumn, there is a spring melody between the lines, which gives people a psychologically pleasant aesthetic feeling.
The first couplet and the second couplet describe the influence of the war on the mountain temple. Few monks can fight or escape. Musk and parrots, on the other hand, are complacent and unaware of human changes.
When tourists climb Mount McKee, they have to cross the trickling stream flowing vertically and horizontally in the canyon. In the sentence of "cliff", Qiu quoted the cloud of "Yutang Gossip": "Maiji Mountain, the ladder is dangerous, and there are thousands of rooms hanging in the air, that is, the cliff is locked in the house." These two sentences describe McKee's precipitousness and the poet's interest.
In the evening, the poet boarded McKee and saw the pavilions on the top of the mountain, where the elders of the temple lived. Looking from the windowsill, you can see the scenery hundreds of miles away.
Every sentence in this five-character poem is a colorful picture, which can be described as "painting in the poem". Looking at the whole poem, not only the style is fresh and the antithesis is neat, but also the close-up and long match of the scenery are described, which makes the whole poem beautiful and enjoyable to read. The value of this poem lies not only in showing us picturesque landscapes, but also in recording the fact that there were a large number of musk deer and parrots in Qin at that time for future generations. Musk deer, because of its precious musk, parrot, because of their beauty, can learn human language. They have been hunted indiscriminately for a long time and have become extinct in this area. Even if the temple is as high as a fairyland, the destruction of war to society is even more indescribable.
Ancient Poems of Mountain Temple 2 Looking back at Gushan Temple on the evening of returning from West Lake to offer guests.
Dynasty: Tang Dynasty
Author: Bai Juyi
Original text:
On the lonely mountain near the West Lake, there is a lonely mountain temple. After listening to Buddhist scriptures at night, I go back to learn from them.
Because it rains mostly in Shandong, the fruit is heavy and low, and the palm leaves are whipped by the breeze.
The water vapor on the lake, the turbulence of microwave and the color of water are seen at the bottom of the Pearl Hall, staggered and reflected in the sunset.
Back to the other side, please look back. Gushan Temple seems like Penglai Palace in the mountains, located in the center of the water.
Translation and annotation
There is an isolated mountain temple on the isolated mountain near the West Lake. In the evening, after listening to the Buddhist scriptures of the monks, I came back by boat. Because the oranges are full of rain, the fruits droop heavily. Palm leaves collide with each other with the breeze, and the lake is foggy, the microwave is surging, and the water and the sky are the same. Looking at the bamboo hall of Qionglou on the lake, it is uneven and reflected in the sunset. Go back to the other side, please look back. Gushan Temple is like Penglai Palace in Fairy Mountain. ...

Ancient Poetry of Mountain Temple 3 "Sleeping in Mountain Temple"
The tall buildings of the temple on the mountain are really high, like a hundred feet. People upstairs are like a hand that can pick off the stars in the sky.
Standing here, I dare not speak loudly for fear of disturbing the gods in the sky.
Explanation:
The temple on the mountain seems to be a hundred feet high. Standing on it seems to be able to pick off the stars.
Dare not speak loudly, for fear of disturbing the gods in the sky.
Appreciation of Ancient Poems in Night Stay Mountain Temple
The first sentence depicts a steep, straight and towering temple building. The word "danger" is eye-catching and eye-catching. The ingenious combination with the word "high" in the same sentence accurately, vividly and vividly depicts the extraordinary momentum of the mountain temple standing on the top of the mountain and dominating the world.
The second sentence uses extremely exaggerated techniques to set off towering peaks and temples. Every word leads the reader's aesthetic sight to the splendid night sky of Xinghan. Instead of feeling "too cold at the top", it gives people a broad feeling. The beauty of starry night arouses people's yearning for towering "dangerous buildings".
In three or four sentences, "Dare" describes the author's psychological state in a dangerous building at night. From the poet's psychology of "dare" and "fear", readers can completely imagine the distance between "Mountain Temple" and "Heaven and Man", so the height of Mountain Temple is self-evident. When the poet stands on the roof, he can pick off the stars in the sky with his hands. I dare not speak loudly here, for fear of disturbing the gods in the sky.
Ancient Poems of Mountain Temple 4 Yuan Zhen in Sui and Tang Dynasties
Pei Xiang is out of date. Reading Lingshan Temple, the residence is connected with the garden fence. It is pointed out that the day is expensive, and the time seems to be fixed. Hearing the monk's words, I couldn't help crying.
Tao Yuanming's drinking yue
Building a house is human, and there are no horses and chariots.
Ask what you can do, your heart is far from self-prejudice.
Picking chrysanthemums under the east fence, you can see Nanshan leisurely.
The mountains are getting better and better, and the birds are back.
That makes sense. I forgot what I wanted to say. Everyone likes to have fun in the world of mortals, love fame and fortune, but yearn for Taoyuan scenic spot, hoping to wash away all the hubbub and achieve peace of mind. However, various religions in China, whether Buddhism or Taoism, often occupy high mountains and valleys, with the intention of making people peaceful and peaceful. Famous mountains of various religions are also beautiful and countless.
Lingshan was originally the residence of the Buddha in mythology, and was imagined as a land of auspicious and peaceful feelings. There are also many scenic spots named after Lingshan in the world, such as the Lingshan in Baoji, China, and the Lotus Mountain in Jiuding, which are named after Qin Mugong hunting vultures here. Referred to as Lingshan, the first Foshan in northwest China. There is Lingshan Jinghui Temple nearby. In addition, there is Lingshan Natural Scenic Area in the north.
The Lingshan mentioned here is the Xiaoling Mountain area on the south side of Luqin Peak in Mashan, Wuxi, south of the Yangtze River. It used to be the former site of Xiangfu Temple, a famous temple in Tang and Song Dynasties. Xiangfu Temple, a thousand-year-old temple, was built in Zhenguan period of Tang Dynasty, with a history of 1370 years. Xuanzang, a monk in the Tang Dynasty, came to Xiaoling Mountain to build the Xiangfu Temple and appointed his disciple Kui Ji as the abbot, thus establishing Faxiangzong, one of the eight schools of Buddhism in the Han Dynasty. Xiangfu Temple has become one of the important ancestral temples of Faxiangzong. The present Xiangfu Temple was rebuilt on the original site by 1994. In particular, the famous Lingshan Buddha is a household name. When the Buddha statue was opened, it was presided over by three sects in the world. The scene consists of ten thousand pots of flowers and ten thousand meters of yellow silk. The 500-meter-long road is planted with Buddhist flags, and the 2 18-level cloud road is planted with Jin Ju. Thousands of trees are wrapped in yellow cloth, and thousands of pigeons fly around Buddha.
Taihu Lake in the south of Lingshan, Qinglong Mountain on the left and Baihu Mountain on the right are filled with tranquility between Qinglong and Baihu.
After 0: 00 a.m./kloc-0: 00 a.m., I took bus No.88 and came to my cousin's house in Mashan. We didn't take a bath until 2 pm in Kowloon, so we arrived at the gate of the scenic spot very late after lunch.
Earlier, the Buddha lived as a beggar, but now it has become a scenic spot. You have to buy a ticket to visit him. However, we cannot call ourselves Buddhists. We just want to find a quiet place and hope to have a quiet place. When I arrived at the gate of the scenic spot, I knew I was wrong. It is still bustling and crowded with people, just like most places. This is not a festival, but everyone is very interested in playing. Maybe it's hard to find a quiet spot in China. Anyway, I have to enjoy this excitement and calm, exercise and appreciate the smiling faces of my fellow travelers.
There are many candle shops inside and outside the scenic spot. According to my cousin, it's more expensive inside the scenic spot and cheaper outside. Fortunately, we are here to see the scenery, and we don't need these. As soon as I arrived at the scenic spot, Chang 39 was the first thing that caught my eye. The 8-meter-long Lingshan shines on the wall, and behind the wall is the nameless bridge modeled after Jinshui Bridge in Tiananmen Square. But I didn't notice it at that time. I just feel a little familiar. I quickly crossed the bridge, entered the gate and headed for the vast Bodhi Avenue. I met Ashoka first.
Ashoka, the transliteration of Ashoka, is also called Worry-Free King. He was the great king of the peacock dynasty in ancient India. He is a devout Buddhist, not only a Buddhist, but also a protector of Buddhism. Legend has it that he was once a very talented king who basically unified India. Because he repented of killing a lot of lives, he joined Buddhism and carved Buddhist classics on stone pillars and spread them all over the country. Later, it formed a tradition, and Ashoka pillars are also common in general Buddhist buildings.
Then come to Kowloon to take a bath. According to the Buddhist classic Benjing, Buddha Sakyamuni was able to talk and walk when he was born. He took seven steps in four directions, southeast and northwest, and with each step, a lotus bloomed on the ground. Pointing to the sky and pointing to the ground, he said, "Only heaven and earth respect me." At this time, two pools of water suddenly appeared in the garden, and nine dragons appeared in the sky, spitting out water columns and bathing themselves. This story is amazing. I am a child, and I know how petite a newborn child is. If he had been born, he would have done such a thing. Actually, there's nothing to do. The key is how much lung capacity does Jiuwen Dragon need to spray water in the future? The Buddha is really not an ordinary person.
In Kowloon Irrigation and Bathing Square, a huge bronze sculpture of lotus in bud stands in front. The giant lotus was held up by four mighty Hercules, with a white round marble pool at the bottom, surrounded by nine dragons and eight supporters of different forms. When the music of "Buddha's Birthday" sounded, six huge lotus petals slowly opened, one of which was as high as seven. The 2-meter-long golden Buddha statue of Prince rises slowly from the lotus, pointing to the sky and the ground. At this time, a water column with a height of tens of meters was ejected from Jiulongkou to bathe the Buddha statue of the Prince. In an instant, drums and music rang in the square, and fountains were in different shapes. The Buddha statue of Prince encircles clockwise in a huge water curtain, symbolizing "bloom sees Buddha" and "Buddha shines brightly". As the music faded, the lotus petals wrapped in the Prince Buddha slowly closed.
Further on, it is the liberation of the demon, which reproduces the story that the Buddha was alive, passed the tests of money, womanhood, power and fear, and finally became a Tao. The whole relief is made of copper, which is a lifelike handicraft.
Then the ancient philosophers played Maitreya Buddha, also called Laughing Buddha. He is the successor of Sakyamuni Buddha, also known as the Buddha of the future, and his big belly can accommodate things that are difficult to accommodate in the world; Buddha always smiles and laughs at ridiculous people in the world. The giant smiling Buddha is charming, reclining and carefree. There are more than 100 little people with different expressions on his body, some are tug-of-war, some are stacked arhats, and some are poking the navel of Buddha with branches. Combined with the whole sculpture, it is proved that open-minded people are truly happy people.
After Maitreya, he is the "first palm in the world" bergamot. In Lingshan, there is a saying that "touching bergamot is bliss, and touching Buddha's feet is aura". This is because the seal on this right hand is "No Fo Yin", and the Buddhist view is to remove the suffering of all beings and soothe their hearts. Brass bergamot seems to have turned a little pale from being touched.
Further, we can finally see the full capacity of the statue of Sakyamuni. The Buddha's body and lotus seat are all made of tin bronze plates assembled and welded, and the total copper consumption is more than 700 tons. The Buddha statue is 88 meters high, the Buddha body is 79 meters, and the lotus petals are 9 meters. Buddha's face is kind, his eyes are gentle and flat, his mouth seems to be open, and he wants to talk, which makes people feel more cordial and causes all kinds of reverie. Under the Buddha's smile, the closer he gets, the more peaceful he feels.
To really visit the Giant Buddha, you must first pass Deng Yun Road, which is rated as ***2 16. * * It is divided into seven platforms. There is no platform from bottom to top, and there is no platform from top to bottom, which means "saving a life is better than building a seven-level pagoda". There are seven giant stone carvings in the middle of Dengyun Road, which constitute a historical volume of Lingshan, which records the glorious history of Lingshan from the opening of the temple by Tang Xuanzang's disciple Master Peeping Ji to the opening of the giant Buddha in Lingshan. In Buddhism, there are 108 kinds of troubles and 108 kinds of wishes in life, which means that the troubles are gone and the wishes have come true.
Climbing the cloud road is also exquisite, and we must walk step by step, not three steps and two steps. Climbing a mountain is very painful. Fortunately, there are many good men and women around us, and everyone is talking and laughing while walking slowly, but they don't feel tired. They just feel very comfortable, the scenery around them is spectacular, the Buddha statues at high places are lifelike, and they smile kindly, as if people have forgotten their fatigue.
When I arrived at the museum, I took the elevator, crossed the curve of the mountain road, and arrived at the Baifo Hall and many grottoes. There are also shops selling handicrafts, such as Buddha statues and beads, which are exquisitely made and exquisite in workmanship. It is said that all of them have been lighted and expensive, but I still reluctantly bought a small bronze bergamot as a souvenir.
Turn out of the grottoes and finally come to the top, the bottom of the Buddha statue. The huge Buddha's feet are around, the toenails are lifelike, and the nail surface is very wide, so a person may not be able to hug each other; Looking up, the Buddha statue is infinitely high, and the whole picture can't be taken. The Buddha bends his elbow forward with his right hand, relaxes his five fingers, palms forward, and gives to all beings without fear. The left hand points to the ground, which is called "wishing seal", wishing all beings peace and happiness.
All love will last for a long time, impermanence will last for a long time, life will be more afraid, life will be in danger of exposure, love will lead to anxiety, love will lead to fear, and there will be no anxiety and fear without love. However, how much can this world leave for lovers? Since we can't live without love, why do people yearn for bliss? Maybe everything will work, just like a dream bubble. If dew is like electricity, we should look at it this way. Everything in the world is like a dream, an illusion?
Looking out for a while, we were reluctant to go down the mountain and villa in the distance.
Strangely, I haven't seen a monk since I went up the mountain for so long. Perhaps the imaginary sleeping in a mountain temple and watching a monk lecture are only available in costume films.

Buddhist retreat behind the broken mountain temple
Changjian
On a pure morning, near the ancient temple, the early sunshine points to the treetops.
A secluded place with bamboo paths, branches and flowers, to a Buddhist retreat.
Here, birds live in the mountain light, and people's hearts feel quiet in the pond.
A thousand voices were quiet, but the bell rang.
