3. Fermentation method
Cleaning barnyard grass, steaming, air-cooling, putting into a sterilized container, mashing, mixing with sweet wine koji (commonly known as wine cake locally), sealing, fermenting for two to three days, and filtering barnyard grass juice for drinking.
