Pu Songling's former residence Chuolantang

Teacher Wang has been engaged in teaching all his life, and often writes popular books related to teaching in combination with the receptive ability of young students. At the age of 58, he wrote two such books. First, I wrote Essentials of Primary Schools, which simplified the moral textbooks used in school libraries at that time and reduced the essentials. Secondly, I compiled Selected Poems of Seven Rhythms of Song Dynasty, refined the teaching poems, and selected 22 poems as learning poems. Teacher Wang teaches differently from most other teachers in the school. He hates the old-fashioned teaching methods of "teachers" who are full of complaints and riddles, and resolutely gets along with students on an equal footing and treats each other sincerely. He not only carefully educates and guides students to study hard, but also does not suppress children's innocence and liveliness. It is this sense of sureness that led him to write "Chuo Tang Ran's Congregation Fu", which has been handed down to this day. The sketch is humorous and vividly describes the scene of "two lines like geese, feet moving into thunder" whenever children eat.

According to records, Chuo Ran Hall was built in the 30th year of Guangxu in Qing Dynasty, and now it has been rebuilt on the original site to commemorate Pu Songling's achievements in writing books, teaching and educating people for 30 years.

Turning Chuo Ran Hall to the north, Zhu Xueda, a provincial calligrapher, wrote a couplet in front of the "Yizhen Pavilion": thousands of books is the south window, and a curtain of wind blows the north window cool. This is a symmetrical brick-wood double-deck pavilion, built behind Chuo Ran Hall, with carved windows on the pavilion, which is lively and Shu Lang; My Lord, the scarlet paint column bears a heavy load. The exterior wall of the museum is decorated with cornices, Zen beasts, carved fences and flower combs. The "True Meaning Pavilion" is the collection place of Fu on a Pen, with 10,000 volumes of poetry, which can be displayed by Mr. Wang at will and has become Mr. Wang's collection. It provides a lot of literature for Mr. Wang to collect anecdotes and write books. So rumors about soft things in the past will soon be written by geniuses.
