Dai Fugu is an important poet of Jianghu School in Southern Song Dynasty. Walking in the rivers and lakes, the footprints are all over the main areas of South China. The poet looked at the riverside scenery in the evening, a static picture: sunset, flat sand, river water, fishing boats and Bai Niao. Everything seemed to be frozen, so quiet and silent. Suddenly, people were surprised. The whole picture moved.
Artistic conception appreciation
The beach by the river is flat and soft, and the afterglow cage of the sunset shines on it, which is golden red. The river has receded and the fishing boat leans against the shore.
A pair of white waterfowl stood quietly by the river, as if awake and asleep. Suddenly, a fisherman came up on the river bank. The waterfowl was startled, flapped its wings, soared into the air and disappeared into the endless reeds full of white flowers.

What is the description of "static" and "dynamic" in this poem?
