Translation of ancient poems
My friend said goodbye to me at the Yellow Crane Tower, and went to Yangzhou for a long trip in the spring of March when catkins were like smoke and flowers were like flowers.
The shadow of the solitary sail gradually disappeared at the end of the blue sky, only to see the rolling Yangtze River heading for the sky.
Creation background
When Li Bai lived in Anlu, he met Meng Haoran, who was twelve years older than him, and soon became close friends. In March 730 (the eighteenth year of Kaiyuan), Li Bai learned that Meng Haoran was going to Guangling (now Yangzhou, Jiangsu) and asked Meng Haoran to meet him in Jiangxia (now Wuchang District, Wuhan). A few days later, Meng Haoran took a boat to the east, and Li Bai personally sent it to the river. When I was leaving, I wrote this song "Farewell to Meng Haoran on the way to Yangzhou by the Yellow Crane Tower".
Introduction of ancient poems
The Yellow Crane Tower Farewell to Meng Haoran in Yangzhou is a farewell poem by Li Bai, a great poet in the Tang Dynasty. The first sentence points out the farewell place: Yellow Crane Tower, the first generation scenic spot; Write the time and destination of farewell in two sentences: the spring scenery of "Fireworks in March" and "Yangzhou" in the southeast; In three or four sentences, write a farewell scene: watch the lonely sail go away; Leaving only a spring. The whole poem contains parting thoughts. Against the background of colorful and mottled fireworks and the endless Yangtze River, a farewell picture of a poet with broad artistic conception, endless emotions, bright colors and charming charm was drawn. Although this poem is a farewell work, it is elegant and smart, affectionate but not stagnant, meaningful but not sad, beautiful but not floating, and far-reaching rhyme.
