I. Sunshine Stone
Sunlight Rock: commonly known as "Yanzai Mountain" or "Huangyan", it is said that in 164 1 year, Zheng Chenggong came to Huangyan and saw that the scenery here was better than that of Japan's Sunlight Mountain, so he took apart the word "Huangzai Mountain" and called it "Sunlight Rock". Sunlight Rock Tourist Area consists of Sunlight Rock and Qinyuan. Sunlight Rock stands in the south-central part of Gulangyu Island, consisting of two huge stones, one vertical and the other horizontal, becoming the peak of Longtou Mountain, with an altitude of 92.7 meters, which is the highest peak of Gulangyu Island.
Second, Xinzhuang Garden
Located at the back of Gulangyu Harbor, it was built in 19 13, and its owner, Lin Yongjia, also known as Uncle Zang, got its name because of its homonym. The Qing court was defeated in the Sino-Japanese War of 1894, and Taiwan Province Province was ceded to Japan the following year. Lin Weiyuan and his son Zang did not want to be conquered people and moved to Gulangyu. Later, Uncle Zang built this garden.
Xinzhuang Garden has a total area of 20,328 square meters, including 3,352 square meters of water area and 245 1 square meter of building area.
Third, Hao Yue Garden.
Fudingyan seaside, located in the east of Gulangyu Island, covers an area of 30,000 square meters and is distributed along the banks of Lujiang River. This is a garden with beaches, rocks, green trees and pavilions. Founded in 1985, it was named "Hao Yueyuan" because of the poem "I miss you and the moon shines through you" in the collection of two kings in Yanping.
Fourth, the ancient summer cave.
The stone walls on both sides support the granite boulders falling from the sky, giving people a feeling of Taishan topping, which is very steep. The word "Ancient Summer Cave" was inscribed by Shi Shijie, a scholar from Taiwan Province Province in the late Qing Dynasty. Go through Guxia Cave and turn left. There is a small and exquisite pavilion with a thin waist and a balcony made of rocks. It is called an "umbrella pavilion" for tourists to shelter from the sun and rain.
5. Gangzaihou Beach
On the wide beach behind the post, the sand is soft, the slope is gentle, the sea water flow rate is low, and there are no sharks. There are five and a half months a year when the sea temperature is above 20℃, and the swimming season can last for half a year. Tide twice a day and swim for more than six hours. This is a natural bathing beach. All kinds of service facilities are complete, including yachts, motorboats and other water entertainment projects. 1998, the national OP sailing championship was held here.
