What does the poem "The Peony Pavilion" mean "good time, beautiful scenery, naihetian"?

From "The Peony Pavilion" (Jingmeng), the full sentence is "The beautiful scenery in the good time is not in the sky, but who has the pleasure to enjoy it".

It once appeared in the mouth of Lin Daiyu in "A Dream of Red Mansions". The literal meaning is: So what about the good times and beautiful scenery, they cannot relieve my sorrow. There is something to enjoy, but I don’t know whose yard it is.
