As a nameless and selfless tour guide, it is often necessary to write a tour guide. The structure of a complete tour guide generally includes three parts: idiomatic expressions, general introduction, and key explanations. So how should you write a tour guide? The following is a guide to World Heritage that I carefully compiled, I hope it will be helpful to everyone. World Heritage Guide 1
Dear Chinese friends:
Now, we have arrived at Tanah Lot Temple. Youdao relies on mountains to eat mountains, and relies on sea to eat sea. Since ancient times, Qinhuangdao and Shanhaiguan have been very developed. In the 14th year of Hongwu in the Ming Dynasty, in 1381 AD, Xu Da, the founding father of the Ming Dynasty, was ordered to preside over the construction of the Great Wall. A wharf was built for customs at the mouth of Shihe River. Boatmen and fishermen always take great risks when they go to sea to operate, and they do not pay tribute to the gods in science and technology. In order to beg for the protection of the gods and for calm seas and safety, there are four temples including the Ancestral Temple and the Dragon King Temple on the west side of the old dragon head. In 1900, the Eight-Power Allied Forces landed at Laolongtou and four temples were destroyed. Today, it combines the characteristics of the four original temples, re-imagines the design, and extends 124 meters into the sea. It is a tourist attraction.
Here is the archway. There are two big characters on the north and south sides: Anlan and Fubo - let the sea be quiet and calm. Walk forward and you will see the mountain gate. Tanah Lot Temple is different from the mountain gate of ordinary Buddhist temples. What is enshrined in it is not the four heavenly kings, the divine generals of the sea. "Tianyou" means God's blessing, and "Tianying" refers to the earth and earth spirits, called Tiantianying. To pass things on, all the strength in his body has nothing to do, so he just makes trouble and plays pranks. Later they were killed by the Queen of Heaven - Mazu's right-hand man.
Now we are in the courtyard in front of the main hall of Tanah Lot Temple. There are two mascots on the left and right sides. The one on the right is called "Chenghuang". The collection of mythological stories "Shan Hai Jing" says: There is a Chenghuang in the country of the Bai people. It looks like a fox with horns on its back. If you ride to the Yellow River, the great writer Han Yu of the Tang Dynasty wrote this poem: Flying Huang Go ahead and don't care about toads. Later, people used Feihuang to rise very quickly. It seems that there are two functions of taking advantage of Huang. However, if the person in front of us can reach two thousand years old. It's too troublesome; secondly, if you really want to ride on it, you'll be fined.
The one on the left is called "Dragon Horse". According to ancient Chinese legend, the dragon horse is the spirit of the river, and it is said to be the dragon's head. The body of the horse also has a very nice voice, which is said to be "singing in nine tones" - some people are very modest and use the term "tone deaf" to say that their singing voice is in nine tones. It is simply a symphony orchestra! There are also ancient books. It is said that this dragon and horse are Cheng Huang. In front of the Tanah Lot Temple, it means "the spirit of the river".
Now please enter the main hall of Tanah Lot Temple. Sitting in the middle is Poseidon. Standing on both sides were his assistants. The god of Bohai Bay is called Yujing. He has two "divisions of labor": to make the sea calm and calm, and to let the land have good weather. In order to let the big man see the sea, if the waves are too high, he shoots arrows to crush them. At this time, the two patrolling yakshas are his assistants; for the sake of being able to become capable generals, I will introduce them to you. These two are clairvoyant and clairvoyant. The clairvoyant's eyes are wide open and he is responsible for collecting information on droughts and floods in various places. These two are the Thunder God and the Lightning Mother. Lei Gong has a head like a macaque, a chicken-shaped mouth holding vertebrae, a mallet in his right hand, and a five-sided drum with his feet. When he beats the drum, there is a rumble of thunder in the sky. When you pick up the Lightning Mother, streaks of lightning will appear in the sky. The two people on the left are Feng Po and Rain Master. As long as Feng Po shakes the cloth on her back, it will become a strong wind, and if she swings it in a circle, it will become a typhoon. The rain master dips wicker sticks into his treasure gourd. Usually, the intensity and time he uses determine the size and duration of the rain.
The ancient gods were all created by mortals themselves. Most of the functions of gods express people's ideals and wishes. Today, the functions of clairvoyance and wind-sighting ears have been assumed by meteorological satellites and computers, although it is not yet so accurate and comprehensive. As for the functions of Thunder God, Lightning Mother, Feng Po and Rain Master, how many and how many functions can we eventually replace? It cannot be replaced, and even whether it is necessary to replace it is still a series of unsolved mysteries. World Heritage Guide 2
Dear ladies and gentlemen, today we are visiting the famous scenic spot, the Great Wall. I hope you all have a pleasant journey!
We are now here at the Heroes Slope, where did the name Haohan Slope come from? Don’t know? Haohan Slope was named after Mao Zedong’s saying, “He who has not reached the Great Wall is not a hero.”
Now that we are on the Great Wall, what do you want to say now? Because it is me who "finally climbed the Great Wall!", right? This Great Wall was built to prevent the Huns from attacking. The Great Wall is very big. There are 13,000 miles, and there is a fortress every 2 or 3 hundred meters. The fortress is used to station troops.
It is easy for us to climb the Great Wall, but think about it, how much hard work and wisdom of the working people have condensed into this huge Great Wall!!
It is possible to build such a big wall. "Monster" is really a miracle in the history of the world!!! World Heritage Guide Words 3

Later, it was carefully modified by the working people of many dynasties and became very magnificent, but still maintained the original layout and scale. , is the most complete and largest ancient wooden-framed palace complex preserved in the world. The first designers were Cai Xin, Ruan An, etc., and the people who presided over the construction were Kuai Xiang, Lu Xiang, etc. They are all detailed in their names!
We have finished talking about the history and construction of the Forbidden City in Beijing. Now it’s time to talk about the appearance and arrangement order!
This city has four gates. In the middle of the south gate is the Meridian Gate, to the north is the Shenwu Gate, to the east is the Donghua Gate, and to the west is the Xihua Gate. , each of the four gates has a gate tower with double eaves, veranda and roof. There are also some turrets with exquisite structures and beautiful appearances at the four corners of the city. The outer wall is more than 10 meters high! The moat is 52 meters wide, which is quite wide! It is 3800 meters long. The entire building complex is symmetrically laid out along the central axis between the north and south, with clear layers and orderly order.
After listening to the above, you should have some understanding of the Forbidden City in Beijing! Maybe you don’t know that even the emperor’s residence is so orderly!
Culture Hall, Wuying The temple is a nine-room wide building with eaves and a roof resting on the top of the mountain. The Cultural Hall was the place where the emperor listened to lectures by his ministers, and the Wuying Hall was where the emperor ate, lived, and summoned ministers. The Housan Palace, the East and West Sixth Palace, the Qianqing Palace and the Kunning Palace lead to the Imperial Garden. Kunning Palace and Qianqing Palace are the main hall and main bedroom of the inner court. They are the official residences of the emperor, the queen mother and the empress. They have an average area of ??nine rooms wide and are topped by double-eaves verandahs.
The first three halls are the largest building complex in the palace, covering an area of ??85,000 square meters, which is 12% of the palace city. The last three halls are 25% of the first three halls, and are expected to be in the palace. They are arranged in descending order, mainly highlighting the main status of the front three palaces and the back three palaces. In 1961, it was positioned as one of the first batch of national key cultural relics protection units in China, and has been jointly listed as a world cultural heritage by UNESCO. Dear tourists:
Hello everyone!
Welcome to the Potala Palace. I am tour guide Zhang Zhifan, you can call me ‘Guide Zhang’. Nice to meet you all, but please pay attention to the following points; don't litter; graffiti on the walls; trample on flowers and plants, etc. I wish you all have a good time.
The Potala Palace is located on Maburi (Red Mountain) in the northwest of Lhasa, the capital of Tibet. It is a standard and spacious palace-style building complex. At this point, everyone can play in the cloud on their own.
I recommend a place. The flat white horse grass wall collar of matsutake mushrooms, the splendid golden roof, the huge gilt vase with strong decorative effect, the pillars and prayer flags complement each other. The three colors of red, white and yellow are in sharp contrast. The interconnected architectural forms all reflect the charming characteristics of ancient Tibetan architecture.
Thank you everyone! I’m leaving, but I still feel a bit reluctant to leave you all. I wish you all a happy day! World Heritage Guide Words 6
Dear tourists:
Hello everyone! My name is Zhang Zhuowen, and I am the tour guide for tourists on this trip. I will take you through the Summer Palace. I hope you all have a pleasant trip.
The Summer Palace is located in Beijing and is a beautiful large park. Entering the gate of the Summer Palace, bypassing the main hall, you come to the famous promenade. Green-painted pillars and red-painted railings can be seen as far as the eye can see. This corridor is more than 700 meters long and divided into 273 rooms. There are colorful paintings on the sill of every room, depicting figures, flowers, plants, and scenery. No two of the thousands of paintings are the same.
After walking through the corridor, we arrived at the foot of Wanshou Mountain. Looking up, I saw an octagonal pagoda-shaped three-story building standing on the mountainside. That is the Buddhist Incense Pavilion.
Climbing Wanshou Mountain, standing in front of the Buddhist Incense Pavilion and looking down, you can see most of the scenery of the Summer Palace. The lush trees cover the yellow and green glazed tile roofs and the vermilion palace walls. Directly in front, Kunming Lake is as quiet as a mirror and as green as a piece of jasper. Looking eastward, you can vaguely see several ancient towers and the White Tower in the city.
Going down from Wanshou Mountain is Kunming Lake. Kunming Lake is surrounded by a long embankment with several stone bridges of different styles. Visitors can go to the island after walking across the long stone bridge. This stone bridge has seventeen holes, called the Seventeen-hole Bridge; there are hundreds of stone pillars on the bridge railings, and little lions are carved on the pillars. There are so many lions with different postures, no two are the same.

Ladies and gentlemen:
Hello everyone! I am the tour guide of Sunshine Travel Agency, my name is Yang Guoliang. Today I will take you to the Great Wall.
When you look at the Great Wall from a distance, does it look like a long dragon winding around the mountains? Let me tell you. The Great Wall is more than 13,000 miles long and is called the "Great Wall of Ten Thousand Miles".
Please look back. We can see that the Great Wall is made of huge stones and bricks. The top of the wall is paved with square bricks. Five or six horses can run parallel. There are rows of horses along the outer edge of the wall. What are the square things on the stacks more than two meters high called? Let me tell you. What are some of those square things on the pile called? Looking at the mouth, some are called Shekou, offering? For viewing and shooting, there is a square platform every three hundred miles on the top of the city wall. It is a fortress for garrisoning troops and can echo each other during war.
Stepping on the square bricks under your feet and holding on to the stones on the wall, I believe you must feel the same as me. You must be reminded of the working people who built the Great Wall in ancient times. At that time, there were no trains, cars, or cranes. Just relying on these countless shoulders and countless hands, they carried them up the steep mountains step by step. How many bodies were buried under the Great Wall, and there was also a story about the Great Wall! It's called "Meng Jiangnu cried at the Great Wall for 800 Miles". Legend has it that Meng Jiangnu had a husband named Fan Xiliang. Qin Shihuang kidnapped her husband Fan Xiliang in order to prevent the invasion of northern ethnic minorities. Meng Jiangnu had been looking forward to her husband Fan Xiliang for more than a year. Meng Jiangnu decided to travel thousands of miles to find her husband Fan Xiliang. She slept and ate in the open all the way. When she saw someone, she asked if they had seen her husband Fan Xiliang. The last person who looked like a supervisor told her that her husband Fan Xiliang had passed away half a year ago. Exhausted, Meng Jiangnu howled loudly. Suddenly, the Great Wall fell down eight hundred miles with lightning and thunder. Meng Jiangnu turned around and ran eastward and jumped into the sea. How many working people's blood, sweat and wisdom have condensed into this Great Wall with no beginning in front and no end in sight, so we must cherish it.
Now everyone is free to move around. We will gather here at 3 o'clock. World Heritage Guide Words 8

Entering the gate and walking around the main hall, you are now at the famous corridor. You see, these green-painted pillars and red-painted railings are endless. This corridor is more than 700 to 800 meters long and is divided into 273 rooms. There are colorful paintings on the sill of every room, depicting figures, scenery, flowers and plants. No two of the thousands of paintings are the same. Among the flowers and trees planted on both sides of the corridor, one kind of flower has not yet faded, while the other has already bloomed. The breeze blows from Kunming Lake on the left, making people feel refreshed. Do you feel it?
After walking along the corridor, we are now at the foot of Wanshou Mountain. Everyone looked up and saw an octagonal pagoda-shaped three-story building standing on the mountainside with shining yellow glazed tiles. That was the Buddhist Incense Pavilion. Look, the lush trees cover the yellow and green glazed tile roofs and the vermilion palace walls. In front, Kunming Lake is as quiet as a mirror and as green as a piece of jasper. Tour boats and boats also slid slowly across the lake, leaving almost no trace. Everyone looked eastward and could vaguely see several ancient towers and the White Tower in the city.
We are now at Kunming Lake. Kunming Lake is surrounded by a long embankment with several stone bridges of different styles. After everyone walks across the stone bridge, you can go to the small island in the center of the lake to play. You see, the bridge I am pointing to now has seventeen bridge holes, so it is called the Seventeen-hole Bridge. There are hundreds of stone pillars on the bridge railings, and little lions are carved on the pillars. These lions have different postures, and no two are the same. Okay, now everyone can go to the island to play. We will gather here in two hours and then we will go back by car. Disbanded!

Hello everyone, my name is Qu Yuhan, and I am a tour guide at the Great Wall Tourist Center.
It's a great pleasure for me to take you to visit the Great Wall today. I hope you can enjoy watching the Great Wall during my tour guide.
In the 3rd century, Qin Shihuang unified China. After Montaigne led an army of 300,000 to attack the Huns in the north, in order to prevent the Huns from attacking Qin again, he connected the original sections of the Great Wall and built it from Lintao in the west to Liaodong in the east. It was continuously repaired in subsequent dynasties. The expansion took more than two thousand years to the end of the mid-17th century BC. The Great Wall that everyone sees now was built during the Ming Dynasty. It starts from Jiayuguan in Gansu Province in the west and reaches the Yalu River in Liaodong Province in the east. One section, about 2,000 kilometers long, has been completely destroyed, but most of the section from Shanhaiguan to Jiayuguan is still preserved.
The average width of the city wall is five meters, which can accommodate five horses riding abreast and seven people riding abreast. The inner side is built with wall stacks higher than 1.5 meters; the lookout openings on the wall are used to watch the movements of enemy troops. of. Everyone follows me and looks here. This is the shooting eye, which is used for shooting guns and cannons. There are also drainage ditches and spouts for drainage.
Everyone looked forward and saw that the towers were beacon towers specially used to transmit information. If there is an enemy situation, each beacon tower will emit thick smoke to notify the guards to strengthen defense.
Visitors please look forward along the Great Wall to see if the Great Wall is very majestic and if you feel that we Chinese people are great.
The Great Wall is the building that consumes the most manpower, the longest time, and the most materials in human history. It is a rare treasure and a cultural relic with extraordinary art. It symbolizes the indestructibility of the Chinese people and will last forever. Will and strength are the pride of the Chinese nation and the pride of mankind as a whole. Now, the Great Wall has been included in the World Heritage List.
Okay, today’s tour is coming to an end, thank you all. World Heritage Guide Words 10

Speaking of the past of the ancient city, it is generally believed that the construction of Lijiang began in the late Song Dynasty and the early Yuan Dynasty. In 1253 AD, Kublai Khan (the ancestor of the Yuan Dynasty) stationed his troops here when he conquered Dali in the south. From then on, until the early Qing Dynasty for nearly five hundred years, the Lijiang area was hereditary rule by the ancestors of the Mu clan of the Naxi ethnic group and the Mu clan chieftain (established in 1382) under the jurisdiction of the Central Dynasty. During this period, Xu Xiake (1587--1641), a geographer of the Ming Dynasty who traveled extensively in Yunnan, described in "Diary of a Travel to Yunnan" that Lijiang City at that time had "complexes of private houses, with tiled roofs and wooden houses". At the end of the Ming Dynasty, the number of residents in the ancient city reached more than a thousand households, which shows that urban construction Already quite large-scale. The ancient city has a history of more than 800 years, with an area of ??3.8 square kilometers and a permanent population of about 30,000. It became a national historical and cultural city in 1986 and was included in the World Cultural Heritage in 1997. In addition to having the same characteristics as the ancient city of Suzhou, the ancient city of Lijiang In addition to the characteristics of "small bridges and flowing water with people living in it", it is also unique in the location selection of the ancient city, the layout of streets and houses, and the Naxi folk houses.
Lijiang’s world cultural heritage consists of three parts: Baisha Ancient Town, Shuhe Ancient Town and Dayan Ancient Town. But for all the guests, the most attractive one is Dayan Ancient Town. There are many entrances to the ancient city. You can follow As I entered from the entrance on the right, I saw the conspicuous water wheel, and immediately on the right was a screen wall with an inscription. There are three-bedroom and one screen wall dwellings in the ancient city that are rich in Naxi architectural features. World Heritage Guide Words 12
Dear tourists, hello everyone! My surname is Wang, you can call me Director Wang.
The place we are going to today is the Mogao Grottoes in Dunhuang.
First of all, I would like to ask everyone to pay attention to a few points:
1. Protect its hygiene.
2. Don’t scribble.
3. Pay attention to safety at all times.
Now, let me introduce to you the Dunhuang Mogao Grottoes.
Mogao Grottoes, also known as Thousand Buddha Cave, are located on the cliffs of Mingsha Mountain, 25 kilometers southeast of Dunhuang City, Gansu Province, Western China. The grottoes are more than 1,600 meters long from north to south, with five floors up and down, with the highest point reaching Fifty meters tall, there are 492 existing caves, more than 45,000 meters of murals, 2,415 painted sculptures, and more than 4,000 flying statues. The Mogao Grottoes are large in scale and have a long history. They are closely related to Shanxi Province. The Yunnan Grottoes and the Longmen Grottoes in Henan are known as China's "three major grotto art treasures."
The Mogao Grottoes were first excavated in 366 AD and ended in 1217 AD - 136 Eight years have basically ended. During this period, continuous excavation has made the Mogao Grottoes the largest, richest and oldest Buddhist art treasure house in the world from all periods. It also reflects the outstanding wisdom and extraordinary achievements of the working people of the past generations.
The Mogao Grottoes are covered with grass. These weeds not only decorate the side, but also grow tall and dense. With thick trees planted on both sides, they have become a part of the scenery here. From a distance, Looking at it, the Mogao Grottoes are so beautiful among the green grass and trees!
This is the scenery we are going to enjoy today. Now my tour begins. One last word: Mogao Grottoes is indeed beautiful. I wish everyone a happy trip and a happy mood. World Heritage Guide Words 13
Dear tourists:
Hello everyone! Welcome everyone to visit Badaling Scenic Area. I am very happy to accompany you all to visit today. I hope you can all have a wonderful time in Badaling.
The Great Wall is one of the world-famous wonders. It is like a giant dragon entrenched in the vast land of northern China. It is the crystallization of the blood of the working people in ancient China, and is also a symbol of ancient Chinese culture and the pride of the Chinese nation.
Visitors, we have arrived at the famous Badaling Great Wall. If you look into the distance, you can find that the Great Wall here is divided into two peaks, the south and the north, winding on the ridge. There are dragons and tigers leaping, and the scenery is endless. Very spectacular. Looking down, there are two door openings and a U-shaped city wall. There are crenellated walls on both the inner and outer sides of the urn city wall to resist enemies on all sides. If the enemy breaks through the gate and rushes into the city, they will be surrounded and annihilated by the defenders on all sides, and the enemy will be trapped in a jar. The Wengcheng is an important part of the Great Wall. It is generally built on traffic arteries with difficult terrain. The Wengcheng in Badaling is no exception. Built on a ridge, limited by the terrain, it is low in the east and high in the west, narrow in the east and wide in the west, with an area of ??only 5,000 square meters. There are no wells in Wengcheng and there is a lack of water sources. There are not many troops stationed in Wengcheng. The defenders are stationed in Chadao City three miles northwest. There was originally a "Chayuan Mansion" in the Wengcheng, which was used for the emperor's passing residents or officials to stay and stay. The two gates of the Wengcheng are 63.9 meters apart. The lintel of the west gate is inscribed with "Key to the North Gate". I have already mentioned its purpose. On the city gate opening, huge double wooden doors were installed in ancient times, with wooden pillars and locks installed inside the doors. In peacetime, the gate is open, allowing pedestrians and merchants to come and go freely; in wartime, the city gate is tightly closed and solid; once the order to counterattack is given, the city gate hole is the exit for thousands of troops to launch a charge. The lintel of the east gate of Wengcheng is inscribed with the title "Juyong Waicheng" and was built in the 18th year of Jiajing reign in the Ming Dynasty. On the city platform of Guancheng in "Juyongwai Town", there was originally a stone tablet carved during the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty. From the inscription, we can see that the entire Great Wall took more than 80 years to complete. This stele also records the time and length of the construction of the Great Wall, the presiding officer and the foreman, the head of the burner, the head of the potter, the head of the mason and their names to clarify the responsibilities. Standing on the city and looking down, we can see the constant traffic and tourists passing through the door. It was not only an important military defense pass in ancient times, but also an important transportation thoroughfare. From here, it leads to Changping and Beijing in the south, to Yanqing in the north, and to Xuanhua and Zhangjiakou in the northwest. "The road divides from here and extends in all directions." Badaling also got its name.
We looked to the lower right, and there was a cannon on display on the south side of the city entrance, named "General Wei at this time". This cannon is 2.85 meters long and has a caliber of 105 millimeters. It is named after the "Imperial Power General" cast on the center cannon. The maximum range of the word is more than 500 meters, which shows that the military industry at that time was relatively developed.
From Guancheng City Platform to the highest point of South Peak, South 4th Floor, the city wall is 685.8 meters long and rises 142.4 meters in height. Especially between South 3rd Floor and South 4th Floor, the ridge is narrow. The mountains are steep and the Great Wall stretches more than 400 meters. The most dangerous point on the top of the city has a slope of about 70 degrees, almost straight up and down. The second floors of the South 1st and South 2nd floors have not been restored. Judging from the remaining pillar foundations of the South 3rd floor, there were originally bunkhouses.
The 4th floor south of the Nanfeng Great Wall has the highest terrain, with an altitude of 803.6 meters. Climbing the tower and looking out, the Great Wall meanders over the ridge from southwest to northeast, like a black dragon, majestic and magnificent. People can't help but think of the poem chanted by Mr. Luo Zhewen, my country's famous Great Wall expert, when he climbed the Badaling Great Wall; Thousands of peaks are covered with verdant green, and there are peaks everywhere in the north and south of the mountain. The north gate of the lock key is dangerous in the sky, and there is a long dragon walking on the steep mountain. From the south 4th floor to the south 7th floor, the height gradually decreases. Between the South 5th and South 6th floors, on the ridge 30 meters away from the city wall on the inner side of the Great Wall, stands a small white pavilion. This is the "Guizhou Province Great Wall Restoration Monument Pavilion" completed in June 1987. On the south 6th floor is a bungalow. The bungalow is built on the roof of the upper floor. It is three rooms wide, has a hard top, red pillars, and gray tiles. It is small and exquisite. This was probably the command post of "General Qian" back then.
Today’s Great Wall has long lost its military value, but with its unique charm, it attracts a large number of Chinese and foreign tourists and has become a world-famous tourist attraction.
With the development of tourism, the Great Wall, a symbol of the Chinese nation and an important cultural heritage in the world, will glow with new vitality. We welcome everyone with better tourism services and a more beautiful tourism environment! World Heritage Guide Words 14
Dear tourists, hello everyone! Today we are going to the Summer Resort in Chengde. Let me introduce myself: My name is Liu Pengxu, and I am your tour guide. You can call me: Xiao Liu.
First of all, we came to the palace, which is a royal garden as big as five Forbidden City. It is said to be the place where the emperor hunted. Please take a look at these buildings: green glazed tiles and vermilion palace walls. They are really antique. Here is the imperial concubine's room and the emperor's residence. There is a saying circulating here in ancient times: If you don’t go out through the front door, you won’t be able to step forward at the second door. The meaning of this sentence is: In ancient times, ordinary men were not allowed to enter the harem, that is, the imperial concubine's room, and the imperial concubine was not allowed to cross the threshold.
At the end of the palace, you can see a beautiful station wagon, which will drive to our next destination: Badaling Little Great Wall. Standing on the Small Great Wall, when you look into the distance, you will see a river and the Potala Palace.
After getting off the Little Great Wall, we came to Rehe. It is the shortest river in the world, only 60 meters long, because the water emerging from the ground is hot and does not freeze in winter. Dear tourist friends:
Hello everyone! Welcome to the world-famous Great Wall. I am the tour guide Lulu. I am very happy to lead you to visit the Great Wall.
Look, everyone! The section of the Great Wall we are visiting is the Badaling Great Wall. Does this section of the Great Wall look like a long dragon? This section of the Great Wall was built on Badaling. It is tall and solid and made of huge stone strips and city bricks. The top of the city wall is paved with square bricks, which is very smooth, like a very wide road, and five or six horses can run parallel. The outer edge of the city wall has rows of buttresses more than two meters high, with square lookout openings and nozzles on the buttresses for observation and shooting. On the top of the city wall, there is a square platform every three hundred meters, which is a fortress for stationing troops. When fighting, the cities and towers can echo each other. Do you know what the Great Wall was used for in ancient times? It is used to defend against external aggression by enemies.
Look, everyone! Each of these countless stones weighed two to three thousand kilograms. There were no trains, cars, or cranes at that time, so we had to rely on countless shoulders and countless hands to carry them up the steep mountain step by step. How many working people died of exhaustion at the foot of the Great Wall. There is a touching legend called "Meng Jiangnu Crying at the Great Wall". It is said that Meng Jiangnu and her husband had only been married for three days when her husband was arrested and went to build the Great Wall. Three years later, Meng Jiangnu's husband had not come back, so she decided to look for him. After walking there and asking around, I found out that my husband had died a long time ago and was buried under the Great Wall. Meng Jiangnu sat on the Great Wall and cried. She cried so sadly that suddenly the Great Wall collapsed by more than 300 meters due to her crying.
Look, everyone! What is written on this stone tablet is "If you don't visit the Great Wall, you are not a hero." This is a sentence inscribed by Chairman Mao. Please take photos here and have free time below. We will gather at the gate in two hours.
