The lotus has just turned red and the wicker is green. It means that the lotus has just turned red and the wicker is already green.
This poem comes from "Bin Ge Xing Shang Xin Ping Chang Shi Xiong Can" written by Li Bai in the Tang Dynasty. When Li Bai traveled to Xinping, he encountered cold weather, so he wrote this song "Bin Song Xing" and presented it to his brother Li Can, who had a long history here, hoping to help him solve the problem of keeping out the cold.
Original text:
Bingu flowers slightly vibrate in the flower branches of the garden, and Jingshui flowers spread in turbulent waves.
The mourning mourners are sore and hoarse at dusk, and the clouds are full of sorrow and coldness.
I recall that I was a guest at home yesterday. The lotus flowers were first red and the wickers were green.
I drank three hundred cups at midnight, and returned in the Ming Dynasty to bow to two thousand stones.
It would be better to know that the homeless apartment has become splendid, and the frost and frost are rustling around the guests' clothes.
Who can warm the cold and gray loneliness? Where can the fallen leaves return?
My brother is having a good time, and the hall is full of beauties.
Nv Zhao sings into the colorful clouds, and Ji Yan dances drunkenly with red candles.
The fox-furred beast drinks the flowing clouds from the charcoal, and the strong man laments rather than sighs.
The former glory and the latter decay are overturned, so why cherish the remaining light and Dihua.
Appreciation of the work:
The whole poem is divided into three sections. The first four sentences are the first paragraph, describing the depression and desolation in Bingu in autumn. The trees have fallen leaves, the Jing River is rushing, the mournful people are mourning, the clouds are gloomy, and the cold weather is coming, revealing the desolation of the poet's mood. Recalling yesterday, the second paragraph is composed of eight sentences. During my stay in Xinping, the weather changed from hot to cold, and I encountered difficulties in keeping out the cold.
Recalling yesterday, it was the beginning of the new normal, the lotus was red and the willows were green, it was midsummer, I was drinking with the governor, and living a very comfortable life. The four sentences "Ning Zhi" mean that the weather changes so quickly and unexpectedly that it becomes impossible to keep out the cold. It is better to know than to speak unexpectedly. Hu Shuang, Han Hui, and fallen leaves describe the cold weather; wrapping around guest clothes, who can keep warm, and where to return, describe the lack of protection against the cold.
My brother, the eight sentences are the third paragraph, signaling Chang Shi Can to help him solve the problem of keeping out the cold. The first six sentences describe Brother Can enjoying his leisurely life, which means that his family is wealthy and has the ability to help him. The last two sentences use Dihua as a metaphor, asking his clan brothers to help him. The Jingshui River is vast and turbulent, implying the rapid passage of time. The former prosperous and the latter withered implies that the other prospered and the latter withered, so it should be quoted.
