Yang Wanli (112710/October 29th-1June 2006 15), whose real name was Ting Xiu, was called Cheng Zhai. Jiangyou people of Han nationality. He holds a bachelor's degree in Mo Bao Pavilion and was appointed as the founding county magistrate of Luling County.
